We were left without transport to another island for work and with very little notice.
1hop were contacted in the evening and within an hour, had a plane organised for the following morning.
Fantastic service and very easy to deal with
After our flights were cancelled from Alderney to Southampton due to bad weather and not being able to get a flight home via Aurigny For six days later which would’ve meant me missing an international flight, we were fortunate enough to find 1hop who luckily happened to be on the island that week. We went and spoke to the CEO Nick who could not have been more helpful, he was able to sort our flights out to return two days after the original ones were cancelled, I cannot fault the service from start to finish, the lovely pilot Tom even helped us with our luggage to and from the plane! I cannot recommend this service highly enough and it’s one that we will certainly be using again, if you’re in any doubt put them aside and just go for it! The plane was comfortable & a sheer delight to fly in, thank you Nick, Tom & your supporting colleagues I wish you every success going forward

First class service. Took a flight from Lee on Solent to Alderney today with my Rhodesian Ridgeback. She remained calm the whole flight and our Pilot Ben was very accommodating. He went above and beyond for us all, especially my dog, ensuring her comfort for the duration of the flight.

We had a great experience flying with 1 Hop from Jersey to Alderney. Everything went smoothly on the day, and Nick and the team were friendly, helpful and easy to deal with throughout.
The flight itself was comfortable and incredibly convenient, particularly given the limited travel options between the islands. Flying on a small aircraft was also a really enjoyable experience, with some fantastic views along the way.
We were very pleased with the service and would happily use 1 Hop again. It is a fantastic option and we would definitely recommend them.
We did have another passenger join us on the flight, (as we chose to let 1hop sell the empty seats for us). She was lovely and great company, which made the trip even more enjoyable, and having another passenger also made the flight a little cheaper for us. We really hope the group continues to grow, as more people sharing flights will make them increasingly affordable for everyone.
