1st for French Property is an amazing Company, with people who fully understand your needs, how to help you, and how to buy the house of your dreams. I felt like a little fish in an ocean scouring French Property websites that were not that helpful and uninformative. Then I came across 1st for French Property. They had homes for sale that were not on other websites and at reasonable prices. Louisa was amazing. She immediately put me in touch with an Estate Agent (A Demi-God in the Estate Agent World!) and 2 months later, I am closing the deal on a beautiful property. No question I asked was ever silly or irrelevant. Louisa answered them all and swiftly!

I have spent months trying to communicate with these people all I get is standard replies or messages telling me they cannot assist me. The overall response I get is very negative. So I give up it's obvious they don't want my business, I will go somewhere more helpful.

1st for French Property gives you a fantastic overview of what is available, and for someone new to the French market, really displays the wealth of styles and prices available to choose from. As a starting point it makes the search very exciting, though that can so easily turn into being overwhelmed, such is the quantity of properties.

There’s an individual balance for everyone in terms of how many targeted properties they wish be pushed their way to view. In our personal view, we’d have welcomed an increase in this area. It’s not criticism, it’s just our feedback.
