1st Choice should be your 1st Call
This was the fastest, most reasonably priced auto glass replacement I've ever had, especially in the 24 years I've lived in Western Whatcom County.. and here's why:
The passenger window of my old '99 Plymouth got smashed on a Tuesday morning so I browsed through glass replacement shops on a few websites, called a couple that were near me
to get a quote and 1st Choice had the most competitive price, so I said let's do it!
However, since my van is 27 years old, the replacement window (or any other part LOL) isn't readily available and Tim (the owner) had to special-order it so I braced myself for a long wait-- but amazingly, he called me on Thursday and said to come in the next day (Friday) to have the window replaced!
But that's not all-- the door has a pre-existing dent which affected the window mechanism; I didn't know it would, and the repair had been arranged over the phone so he was unaware of it.. yet when it was discovered, he was able to work with it, install the window to working condition, and didn't charge extra for the longer repair time! Is that going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction or what?!
Tellin ya, folks.. 1st Choice should BE your first choice for any auto glass repair or replacement you might need!
No hideous surcharge for a special-order piece, lightning fast repair, convenient location AND your satisfaction is their priority.. it just doesn't get any better than that, y'know??
