Ordered a corner sofa and it came and was put together by some very helpful gentleman ordered a footstool a week later took a week to come paid to have rubbish taken away the two men where arguing in their own language then told me they where leaving the cardboard I said I paid to get rid of it they said they had nothing on notes so I had to find my receipt of order for them to take it they wasn’t happy about it though

Rob and Theo were very polite and professional.

This company is cheap for only one reason. I ordered a corner sofa asked for it to be delivered at the end of the month. 2 days later they tried to deliver. Well then when we wanted it to be delivered it arrived but missing a box. So they assembled what they had. So I waiting for the missing box to arrive. Got 3 failed deliveries from items missing to wrong boxes been delivered. I spoke to customer services who promised to get it sorted. Well a week late the box arrived but just left and not unbox and fitted like we paid for. This is a company i would never use again.
