They terminated my agent partner ship without any reason and when I asked they didn’t thought it important to give me an answer

I’ll be back!
I ordered large frames from 1x when I couldn’t find what I was looking for in store. I was worried if I would like them when I wasn’t able to actually see and hold them in person. The free shipping and returns made me feel comfortable giving the company a try. Well, I need not worry. These frames are beautiful and great quality. They were exactly what my room and prints needed. The bronze is a beautiful color and I love the modern feel of the thin frame. I will be a repeat customer for sure!

Great frames!
I accidentally ordered the wrong size frames. I was able to realize before the order shipped and emailed customer service who refunded me right away and instructed me to reorder the correct size. Frames look like wood, love them!

I had an issue with my frames being bent when they arrived. I chatted with a customer service agent, who had 3 new ones sent right away! And I didn’t have to send the others back! Great Customer Service!

Excellent Customer Service

Sent me a matted print instead of full bleed print as indicated on the website. However, they were incredibly helpful and acknowledged the error and kind enough to replace it for me at no extra cost while also allowing me to keep the initial print.
