If i could choose 0 star i would discraceful site i wait weeks and weeks for my withdrawal of £150 so i contact they said you have to wait and kept saying thes then after i had already verified my account they kept asking me for my drivers licence and bill i sent these then today had a message saying i regret to inform tjat you can not have your withdrawl please ise bit coin! I absalutly will not use bit coin you robbing buggers absalutly avoid its all a scam and the police should track these people robbing others!!!

Does anybody know if this site has closed down?? It’s as if it’s disappeared and no longer exists.

I do not recommend and even warn against this casino!! you have to wait 21 working days for the withdrawal of money, after this period they said that there is a problem and that I have to try again in a different way, again I waited 21 days and again I do not have money.

Esperienza molto strana, prego di leggere tutto.
Apro un conto su 24CasinoBet a ottobre 2022, le scommesse vanno per il meglio e i 30€ che avevo depositato inizialmente diventano più di 1000. A inizio dicembre decido di prelevare 200€ in BTC ma dopo 4/5 giorni i soldi non si vedono. Contatto l'assistenza e mi dicono che le tempistiche sono tra i 7 e i 21 giorni (con un messaggio palesemente preimpostato). I giorni passano e decido di leggere recensioni su questo sito e mi crolla il mondo addosso: neanche una recensione poistiva e solo commenti di scam. Nei giorni successivi contatto più volte l'assistenza ricevendo le solite risposte fino a che decido di mollare tutto rinunciando ai 200€ in fase di prelievo e ai restanti sul conto. Oggi 28 Dicembre 2022 ricevo l'ammontare esatto in BTC sul mio account Binance (Dopo circa 25 giorni totali). Scrivo all'assistenza per ringraziarli e mi confermano che il prelievo è avvenuto con successo.
*ci tengo a dire che non ho a che fare con questo sito e che la mia recensione è onesta e oggettiva (ho tutte le prove del caso). In ogni caso se dovete depositare su questo sito fatelo con la consapevolezza che possano essere soldi che non rivedrete più

Tried to close my account on several occasions, but have never had a response, and the support (joke) can’t close it as I’m a vip player !
Site crashed when I won a feature on big bass (got 4 which is rare !) 15 spins , site crashed after 1st spin which I won £77 on and didn’t come back on, I contacted them and I got an apology and they sent me a £25 bonus in my account , which isn’t worth nothing , ignored ever since , absolute disgrace of a site

Don’t expect to get your withdrawal supposedly takes 21 working days to process 😂, sadly should have looked at reviews before I deposited, won withdrew and still waiting and u just set the same robot response there customer service is non existent have the cheek to say be patient after the 21 days has passed, scam site so if u use it’s your own fault just like it was mine they aren’t regulated so can just keep your money and nothing you can do about it, don’t know how there allowed to operate in UK in fact anywhere tbh, lesson learnt

They don't payout for months, they don't close your account when you ask. Apparently they have someone called Vaya who is the only person who can close accounts, Vaya doesn't respond to emails and I doubt they exist. Stay well clear of this site it is a scam and they will just lie to you on the chat.
