24 Lock and key turned up on time and the gentleman’s name was Koray. He was very friendly and honest and explained what he was doing. Very happy with his work. I would definitely be recommending him.

**PS** If you haven’t heard of lock-snapping (affecting many older Euro locks, even on doors with multi-point locking), look it up—intruders can break in within seconds, which is why I upgraded mine as well. Don’t wait if your locks are out of date!
