So slow with posting. Ordered something a week in advance took nearly 3 weeks to receive it. They should warn you how long it takes since it said 5 days for me.

Won’t be ordering from 24 mx again.
Ordered the 20th of June it’s now the 11th July and haven’t received my order or any update. Emailed you and haven’t had much luck just a link to track my order which doesn’t work.

Took 3 weeks to get here and stand for bike is already broken used it for 1 hour

Just utter shit I ordered a motocross helmet it look ages to get to the delivery company in the uk it was never delivered (lost) so I asked for a refund and 20% off my next order so I thought I’d try again, ordered another helmet with goggles I told them to sent it via Royal Mail or anything except yodel and they said no, I had to track it every day it would be out for delivery then back at there depot so I picked it up from the depot and the goggles are not in there, it’s so hard to get a reply from emailing them

Shame on you and your company! 60 days! I didn't order a car, but two pairs of pants! I paid for everything on the XL moto website, now they're taking me to this website! They keep changing the delivery date!

Ordered a tyre changer and various bits with it. Good quality. Fast delivery. Great value for money.

Order was late and smelled of fish when came box was all wet fortunately parts were fine but overall rubbish experience

I always try and shop local and independent whenever posssible, as we have an amazing shop near us in haydock, but sometimes they may not stock a brand or accessory, and i do tend to use 24mx on that occasion.
Had several 150L kit bags, only 1 has had an issue, the zip failed unfortunately and it was out of warranty time, so its now just a holdall for the van, as cant secure things in it for trips away.
The pull straps are another regular purchase, as they tend to get lost, pinched etc.

Never an issue with postage time to uk, prices are good, loads and loads of products to suit all budgets.

Received my items in the time frame stated and well packaged. Ordered the bottle holders for my van. Product itself does the job although paint is quite thin so they do scratch extremely easy, however they are much cheaper than some get what you pay for I guess. Overall though good experience with the company and would certainly use again.

Order not received- there was a very long wait for the delivery date which has passed I’ve emailed to raise this issue & not received an email or goods
