This company uses deceptive business practices to squeeze extra money out of customers after they've already committed to the rental.

Before booking, I specifically asked them to verify every possible fee because companies like this are notorious for surprise charges related to insurance, payment methods, and other add-ons. They confirmed my insurance was acceptable, my payment method was acceptable, and told me only prepaid cards were not accepted. I then asked if there were any other fees or requirements that could result in additional charges, and they told me no. I even obtained written confirmation.

What a great expirence renting from 24Seven Rent A Car, I booked through a third party site and immediately recieved confirmation email with clear directions on how to pickup the car and all there requirements. The staff was very professional, friendly and couteous. I high recommed them and will be using them again any time I'm back in Los Angeles.

This company is a scam. I received the worst service I have ever experienced. I rented a car from them that had a damaged bumper, and they charged me an extra $50 for a delayed pickup. Additionally, they charged me $30 USD per day for insurance. I returned the car over a month ago and still have not received my security deposit refund because they hold it for 20 business days. I would not recommend renting a car from this company again.

Worst experience ever! When I finally found my way to their extremely inconvenient location for pickup (and nothing ever is marked "24Seven" so they just sell reservations to other discount rental companies, I guess), there was some confusion about a change that did not appear on the agent's system (but had been acknowledged via text/email from company). The end result was they screwed up my whole trip and I ended up paying more somewhere else after catching an Uber. Still no refund.

Very nice car, reasonable and great customer service. Deposit returned on time as stated on agreement. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend.

Very nice car, good price and good service at the handout - very happy with the rental. We had a problem with them forgetting to return the deposit fee after rental. When trying to contact them, the homepage was not working, and listed phone numbers on Google was not being answered. Also the mail address on invoice was not being answered. We found another phone number on their Instagram page, and got an answer on our call, so that we could get our deposit returned. So good product and handout service, but make sure get the deposit back instantly when returning the car, because you might not be able to reach them by phone and mail afterwards.
