If you want to lose money, trade with 24Yield, "strictly regulated by multiple authorities including CySEC, FMA..."

I actually have enough other things to do, including dealing with my health issues, than write reviews. But I definitely can't let this go unnoticed, and I'm angry. Because I used the money I saved from my salary and had a goal to protect it from inflation and make a reasonable profit. Extremely frustrating, stressful, tiring and negative experience in "trading" with 24Yield. It's like throwing money out the window. And to withdraw even the deposit amount is like a dream or a fairy tale.
It amazes me, that on investing.com, they have a positive review as a heavily regulated broker: 24Yield is heavily regulated by multiple authorities including CySEC, FMA, and several others across Europe and beyond, ensuring a high standard of trust and security for its traders... The broker’s dedication to security, through stringent anti-fraud measures and segregated accounts, instills confidence among its users.) And this is the one review was brought to my attention by the contact person. When I asked why the 24Yield website states that 71% of accounts lose money, I was told that this applies to traders who trade on their own, but not to accounts supervised by an account manager and who use full-time copy traders. But of course that can't be true.
Before you want to try trading with 24Yield, you should also check out cssf.lu, YouTube videos: "24Yield.com Review (Fraudulent Broker)", "SCAM WARNING! Can't Withdraw from 24yield.com? Here's What We Found!", and see also the warning at FCA, or even Bank of Russia: Signs of illegal professional securities market participant.
I made my first deposit in 2024-07-30, only €461, and the result is that after a progressive deposit of 6561 (this year a total of €1600, also to maintain margin level, with 24Yield bonuses €10,592.18). The last deposit of €500 was in 2025-03-07 and the bonus of €500 - Margin level was around 80% and it didn't help. In 2025-03-31 my trading account went bankrupt. If they offer even bonuses, then why are they accept copied trades that I can call as gambling, with zero risk management as I state in the link below. I think any fulltime trader can realise quickly enough that the market is going against an open position and it is better to close the trade at a lower loss than to continue nonsensically holding the position and deepening the loss and paying interest swap. I don't know if fulltime traders are even real or just fictious. When I asked about it, account managet told me that they hold positions in lose state because no one wants to lose money in the market, and that they have no contacts to them!?
I feel that account manager´s (G. K.) main task is to extract as much deposit from you as possible, and to recommend to open and hold positions (because "some positions need time to develop profitably") in order to pay money for the interest swap. Account manager is experienced and prescient in luring deposits. They have no problem reeling you in for more than half an hour..., because: It makes sense that you can earn more, you can open more trades at a higher amount, you can profit on earning season, you can copy more traders, let´s show you how profitable trading with 24Yield can be, etc. And they entice you to deposit more by offering bonuses. They even tried to persuade me to make another deposit after more than 7 months, because of the increase in margin level (market is against you), even though from the beginning the badly opened copied positions only deepened the loss and could only be partially corrected by hedging. Account manager is touted as having over 20 years of experience in the financial sector. If he had told me that at least some of that time was experience of managed wiping out trading account, I would have considered that more accurate. The fact is that the positions that caused the highest losses were opened by me based on the persuasive recommendation of account manager.
For example, crypto without stoploss. If I closed one trade that hit SL, I was strongly advised to open a buy position without SL, because crypto is very volatile, and the new U.S. presidet, is very crypto positive, so surely crypto will rise. He then told me several times to close hedge sell positions. I did it once - at a lower loss, but I had to hedge again as crypto continued to fall, and I made a profit on the sell positions.
For a better idea, information on specific interest swap amounts deducted from the trading account and specific examples of trades opened by copied traders, and additional screenshots of my notes are in the files at: webshare.cz (search for 24yield; files 24yield-summary-rev.pdf, 24yield-review-email.JPG, 24Yield_investing.JPG). And I'm not done yet...

All looked well UNTIL I refused to load…

All looked well until I refused to load any more money into account.
Lost all contact with advisor , even main front desk line is not working anymore.
Best scam ever I got myself into.
And bonus , don't let me start about it.
You need to trade 38 unit size on gold to convert 6 usd into available cash.
And only full amount converted , available to withdraw , but I will never find out.
After so many lies and misleading information by advisor about bonus, all help stopped after told them , that I will not invest any more into this
Lost 7.2k on this platform and advisor helped with part of it. Remaining loss is my own.
Trading gold,Spread is massive( 0.50 USD approx )and swap is even bigger.( 1.1 USD for holding 1unit, about 0.01 standart lot size)

My honest advice:

STAY AWAY AND TRADE ELSEWHERE.

A lovely experience until i said no to…

A lovely experience until i said no to investing more money. It became a little hostile after I said I couldn't invest more right now and after being made to feel bad for this by William he hung up the phone. It was all very hostile wolf of wall street which I didn't like. I then went ahead and closed the trades that I had still open to withdraw my funds. I then got a call back asking why I have done this when I'm making money etc. After about 6 or 7 times saying I would like to close the account I was told my initial investment will go back to the card I used but my profits will require me to send bank statements. To be honest I will be seriously surprised if i get my investment back at this point. Something just seems off with how business was conducted. I have invested and lost money before but this seems different.... Genuinely gutted with how this turned out. Started off great but has gone sour.

Update
I got a call later in the evening telling me I would get my money back and can I remove my review from here. I will not remove the review but I have updated it. I did get my money back so that's good (not the profits though). The accounts team called me to tell me the account manager didn't hang up on me etc and that they are regulated so of course I would get my money back. This is great but it doesn't take away from the fact I was made to feel insignificant because I didn't invest more money. I could have invested more but the way they went about it put some serious doubts in my head so I cut and ran.

The trading platform is clunky and doesn't work well on the phone. You can't access most of the benefits from it and placing a trade on the phone is near impossible.

Perhaps if they weren't as pushy and desperate for more investment things may have been different. But we will never know.

Copy trading my horrable experience

Copy trading is my horrable experience.
I have to write what happened to me with copy trading and bonus on this platform 24yield.com.
I opened a standard account with 500.00 EUROS persuaded by someone from their office. He promised me that I will earn 30% of the money invvested.
For the first two weeks I earned a little money. Then they promoted me to top up my account up to 5,000.00 EUROS, what I did it and offered me a bonus of 2,000.00 EUROS so I had 7,000.00 EUROS in total.
After three months of copy trading, copying S-Klerkegaard and Danish Duck, I lost my money and I get Margin Call. To avoid account liquidation, I closed all open trades, as a result I had 2,802.15 EUROS left on my trading account.
Because I was fed up of copy trading, I asked for the return of 802.15 EUROS and the closure of my account. I received an answer that this is a bonus and cannot return it to me. They said, it is their money.
So they gave me 2,000.00 EUROS as a bonus but they kept 2,802.15 EUROS from my account and in addition I lost all my hard earned money of 5,000.00 EUROS.
They appropriated 802.15 EUROS of my money. Simply speaking, they confiscated my money in the amount of 802.15 EUROS.
This is what Trading Made Simple is on this platform.
How can it be like that?
What kind of business is it?

I have to explain what it is about: "successfully completed withdrawals without any delays", what they wrote below.
It wasn't me who demanded these withdrawals, but it was my bank.
When my bank noticed that I had transferred my money to this platform for the amount of 3,000.00 EUROS, he blocked further transfers and demanded the return of all of this money, claiming that it was a suspicius investment.
That's why I had to transfer this amount of 3,000.00 EUROS back from another bank account to the trading platform. But you don't remember these datails anymore.
At that time, there were no warnings about who you really are and what your's copy trading really is.
That's why I got cought in this trap of copy trading.

Very negative experience from this…

Very negative experience from this company. I have never signed up to the contact list of this company but they managed to cold call my number from another source. I politely told the representative i was not interested and to delete my number from their system. I receive a call once again a few weeks later, i repeatedly told him i am not interested but he would not take no for an answer, extremely rude. FYI, i have not used their platform so i cannot speak on that, i'd just like comment on their bad way of outreaching potential clients.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Eric Berg advised me to go with copy trading. They lure you in to increase your account by offering you bonuses. I used multiple copy traders on the platform and they lost all my money. They then ask you to put more more in to avoid liquidation. There are no stop losses and so you if the market goes against you there is no risk management. He is very convincing that you will make large profits.

cold calling and dubious practices

Cold call from David Nowak, he used a UK number, but his signature contains a French number (fishy already).
They pretend to have many regulators, the reality is only the FSC in Bulgaria is supervising them, in case of any issue, no other EU regulator can take action against them. They just registered with 20 regulators as part of EU passporting rules, but no other entity than the FSC can sanction them
Same practices as VoyaFX, speech about copy-trading which has highly inflexible features, as well as trading bonuses. I terminated my relationship with VoyaFX, it is certainly not to be dealing with a similar company under Ever Financial AD

Edit: few hours after i posted the review, somebody from 24yield contacted me to try to explain their point of view: he pretended that David Nowak was just trying to understand my bad relationship with VoyaFX and not make me open a new acct with 24yield, which is clearly a lie. He also insisted I remove my review from Trustpilot because this would really hurt their business. unfortunately i did not record that, but i see that they have to indecency to question my review by having trustpilot ask me for more information, in order to perhaps remove it.

I had a terrible experience with 24yield.com. Initially, an employee contacted me, offering enticing bonuses of 50% and 100% on deposits, which sounded too good to be true—and it was. They appointed an account manager for every client, and mine was Erik Berg. At first, he was very professional and friendly, but as soon as things went south, his demeanor changed drastically, becoming rude and unhelpful.

The platform constantly pushed me to make larger deposits, promoting their copy traders who traded recklessly without stoplosses. They kept insisting I add more money to my account to avoid liquidation, but this only delayed the inevitable, leading to more significant losses.

Update: After my initial complaint, another representative contacted me, aiming to repair the relationship. While this individual was more cooperative and helpful, it doesn't change the fact that the money I invested is lost.

If you decide to trade with 24yield, STAY AWAY from their copy traders. These traders seem designed to get you liquidated, and when that happens, the company will pressure you to add more money to maintain your margin. The first rule of trading is to set a stop-loss, even before deciding on a take-profit. Yet, the so-called "professionals" on this platform ignore this basic principle. And if you question it, your account manager will likely respond with something like, "They know what they're doing. They're better at this than you. Just deposit more money to avoid liquidation."

Be very cautious in the market and with your broker. This is a platform that might or might not have your best interests in mind knowing the fact that you are a beginner.

First off, we would like to apologize if the demeanor of our employee was less than professional. We will look into that and take the necessary measures to correct this.

When it comes to our copytrading feature, please understand that trading actively without using stop-loss isn’t necessarily reckless, as our copy traders have large accounts which they can top up at any time, as they are constantly monitoring the positions on their own accounts. This allows them to have more control over their trades and lets them keep whatever positions they want open, while waiting for a reversal on any negative ones.

Following copy traders may not be the most ideal solution, if you do not have similar preferences on how trading should be done. Of course, at the end of the day, the decision to follow copy traders or not, falls to you, as the account holder. You always have the choice to trade only on your own.

As for the comparison to another company, please keep in mind that liquidity providers support many different companies and any similarities are purely coincidental. We are not connected or in any way responsible for other brands under the same provider.
