Costco - Fridge freezer delivery

Just had 2 gentlemen deliver a large fridge freezer. They first scoped out the point of entry ensuring no damage would be done bringing in the product. Very respectful and genuine guys, would definitely recommend for future deliveries.

Last team not very good, but these 2 lads that came today couldn’t be more accommodating and did everything they needed to, to get our fridge in with no problems and no damage. More than happy to use again. Fridge was 72 and space was 76 and they made it look easy. Collecting and delivering made very easy and accommodating. Thank you very much. Me59ag Sarah whitening

Excellent delivery
The guys in Team Two were excellent. Super friendly and handled our fridge freezer with care on delivery. Such an easy interaction, they arrived early and gave us a call when they were 30 mins away which was handy. The got it out the van and in the kitchen within ten minutes and cleared away the packaging. Great experience.

Had two failed delivery attempts!!
Had two failed delivery attempts for a fridge freezer ordered through Costco. First failed due to claimed incorrect contact info (we had provided the correct info, but somehow they had the wrong one), second because the team wasn’t prepared for a 4th-floor flat despite being told in advance.
To make matters worse, they were unreachable by phone until their own delivery driver called them directly. When we finally spoke to someone, they were rude and dismissive.
Now waiting over a week for a third attempt. Poor communication, poor planning, and a lot of wasted time. Very frustrating experience.
