I needed a 2x2 passport photo for a visa application and didn't want to deal with going to a studio. Found 2x2passportphoto.com and gave it a try.

Do not use this site. It is a scam. I paid after uploading my picture for a passport size picture and did not receive anything. They have you pay first though. The customer service email was sent back and unable to send.
