Ok. So this is a bit different.
In December 2024 ordered a Hawk helicopter from 303Bricks valued at just under €75.
My son had purchased from them on 2 occasions previously so I had no issue buying from them.
Unfortunately the goods never arrived and all means of communications seemed closed. There was no reply at all. Their website was effectively gone so it looked like the business was closed. I tried a chargeback with my card company but had left it too long and was outside the time allowed. So I figured that was €75 gone. C’est la vie.
But then on December 7 2025 I received an email from 303Bricks notifying me that my refund had been processed. And sure enough the money landed in my account the very next day.
I was very surprised. My faith in humanity had been restored somewhat. I assume this business had some troubles, yet made customers that they had failed to supply whole again. Admirable.
As I look today it seems they aren’t in business. A shame. But kudos to them for doing the right thing. So many wouldn’t.

It’s a scam they never sent my order. I’got fraud.

Absolute worst customer service ever. They messed up on my order and when I followed their instructions and emailed them they don’t reply back.
4 emails and no response back. Their website says 24 hrs. It’s been weeks.
I do not recommend this company. They do not care about customers. Zero customer service!
And of course there is no phone number to contact them. Just their stupid email that they obviously don’t respond to.

I ordered from 303Bricks.com over two months ago and never received my order. Since then, I have contacted their customer service multiple times through different channels and have not received a single response.

After looking further into this company, it appears they are reselling identical products from AliExpress at four times the price, without being transparent about this. Combined with the fact that orders are not delivered and customer service is completely unresponsive, this strongly suggests that this is a scam.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this website.
