Despite all the reviews I read... it was great!
Despite all the reviews I read about how bad the site was, I ordered $50 worth of stuff anyway. It came in within 1-2 weeks, packaged nicely, and sent me an order receipt and confirmation, which fit perfectly. The site has probably gone through some updates, speaking that all the old reviews say terrible things, but I had no problems at all, and it was actually a really enjoyable experience.
Poor product quality and customer service
Zero stars. I had two separate orders and wanted to return something from both orders via one return and they said they could not do that. They have to get their $5.99 per return out of you even if the clothing they send you is garbage. Make sure to read what your shirts are made off. I unsubscribed from their emails and will not be buying anything else from them.

I purchased a women’s puffer jacket on line. The zipper was defective and I could not open and close the jacket. I sent it back for a refund. The jacket is really cute and fits well.
Terrible odor!
I bought two pairs of pants from 32 degrees. When they arrived and I opened the package, the odor was so bad that I have now washed them 4 times, once using vinegar, once using only detergent, once using scent beads with detergent and finally I went and purchased an odor removing product to use with detergent for the 4th wash. I the pants still smell so bad, I can’t put them in my closet. I will have to throw them away, they are totally unusable.

Absolutely horrible customer service. No phone number to speak to anyone. No one gets back to you on emails. They don't send confirmation on orders. Would never use again.

The worst customer service I have…
The worst customer service I have encountered in a long long time. My package sat at a FedEx hub for days with no movement, but they told me to wait 10 days and then maybe they would do something about it. I got a delivery date, then it passed, then another, and it passed, days went by with no movement on my order and they refused to do anything about it. Don't waste your time or money with this company, it's not worth it.
Extremely Poor Customer service/Promise of Timely delivery
I had ordered their product on 9/18/25 for free standard shipping of 5-7 business days, with confirmed delivery on 9/25/25. I did not received, follow up with the company and received canned response. I finally received it on 10/7/25 - total of 13 business days. Customer service responses was extremely poor. I ordered as a birthday gift that did not arrived on time. 32 Degrees offered $10 gift to be redeemed online. what a joke. I just wanted what I ordered. I was going to return it but that would create more work for me.
Seriously reconsider ordering from this company if you have expectation for timely delivery per their promises.

I gave this company a try even after reading all these negative reviews.
I braced myself for a longer wait for it to arrive. Which did happen. I started the process of making a return. I emailed them, they sent an automated reply, saying to reply AGAIN, with "Agent Needed" to actaully get help. I paid $38 for the item that had several extra fees attached. (A fee from the town I live in?) and others I've never seen from a shipper. If I return it, I don't get ANY of those extra fees back. They also charge a $5.99 shipping fee for a return. So after paying $38 dollars, they will only refund me $26. I feel cheated which is terrible strategy for their brand. *Oh, I should add that the puffer jacket is paper thin. Cheaper than all the other's I've purchased from other companies.
* Received an email from customer support. Just know that they will charge back to you not only the $5.99 postage fee, they will charge you, PLUS all shipping fees.

The $5.99 return shipping fee covers the cost of the prepaid return label and handling when your item is processed back into our system."
I was going to keep it because of all the hassle of dealing with this company but this puffer jacket is so thin and flimsy, I couldn't wear this garbage, so I'm returning it and taking the hit.

I don’t understand the low reviews
I don’t understand the low reviews. I’ve bought numerous items from 32 degrees.
And have completed numerous refunds without any problems. I return the items as stated unused, tagged, in the same bag. My refunds come a day or two after delivered. One time an item was not included in the delivery, my email was answered immediately, and I received a refund. No problems.
I know what I’m buying. The base layers, some tops and pants are good.
When you are paying $7-$12 for items, it’s not Nordys

Company made no effort to work with me to get me a size and model that fits me. “Sorry we are out of this model and won’t exchange for a different model even though the sizing is off and doesn’t fit you”. Disappointing customer service. Stay away

Do not buy from this company. Absolutely no no customer service. I’ve tried texting Email and there is no telephone number. So I have three turtlenecks I can’t return.
I am surprised by all the negative reviews
I have placed several orders. They have all arrived on time. The quality of their $9.99 Men's Casual Short Sleeve Dress Shirt is high - I like them more than the $98.00 Lululemon shirts. The pants are fair - I don't like spending $16 to alter $17 pants, but now they fit. I wish they made 36" in 30" inseams. I like the pants for traveling because they weigh less than any of my other pants. Undershirts are polyester. They are light, but when traveling you need your carry-on below max weight. I don't know how long these items will last, but I'm happy with them.

Worst customer service! My order has not been delivered and they say there is nothing they can do because they ship the cheapest slowest delivery option with Fed Ex. I should have been here on 8/15 and it is still not here. Horrible customer service!!!
Extremely poor shipping practice and customer service
Against my better judgement having been scammed by this company shipping practices before. I gave this company another chance and placed an order on July 28th. It was shipped on July 31st with a delivery date of Aug 6th
It is now Aug. 15th. 16 days since it shipped and no package. I have contacted them about the late package more than a dozen times over the past week and only received a generic response stating they'll look into it. Which they don't.
7 of the emails they didn't respond to at all. The package has been stuck in the same location for week and not moved. I contacted FedEx and was told that because they shipped it smart post, now called ground economy. That only the shipper can request or file a claim on the package. I have relayed this info to them 3 days ago and they have donr nothing. At this point because of their lack of response and seemingly unwillingness to do anything.
I will be filing a dispute with my credit card to get my money back. It is the only course of action I have. They have no # in which to call to speak to anyone and the few things I have read where people have been able to talk with them. They stoi do nothing. So regardless if the package shows up a week or month from now I'm getting my money back.
Don't do business with this company.
Update on Aug. 18th.
They finally responded to my requests and say they have refunded my money. So I will have to wait and see if it actually gets back to my credit card.
And now FedEx has sent me an email claiming the package has been delivered but, it was not delivered. At least not to me.

Gave me pants that clearly are not the size that they were supposed to be. Cannot return because they are "final sale" and even if you could, they deduct $6 from the order in ADDITION to shipping costs which you must pay. Complete scam, DO NOT BUY.

I'm not sure why all the negative feedback on this company, I have placed three fairly sizable orders with them. On my first order, I had ordered several items that were the incorrect size, it was my mistake and by the time I noticed it, they had already shipped the items. I had contacted them, and they had immediately provided me a fully paid return shipping label to return the items once I got them and also immediately shipped the items in the sizes that I wanted them.
I found that level of customer service to be extraordinary and outstanding. Thus, they have earned my business moving forward. I have placed two other orders with 32 Degrees. I find their products to be very well priced and their clothing is of exceptional quality, especially when you factor what you're paying for it.
There have been a few comments about orders taking long to arrive, but the orders I have placed have all received free shipping, they were processed and shipped quickly, at that point a person is at the mercy of FedEx Ground and however long they take, but the company itself has processed and shipped orders in a timely manner, for me anyhow. I will continue using this company moving forward, I'm exceptionally satisfied with them.
Great quality, basic clothing at amazing prices, with exceptional customer service
I have purchased multiple items at amazing prices from this company. Recently, I had an exceptional customer service experience. I purchased a coat for my daughter back in November and she put it in the back of her closet and forgot about it. We just found it, 9 months later, still in the plastic shipping bag and she tried it on… Come to find out the size on the shipping bag was correct, but the coat inside was the wrong size. I reached out to customer service expecting full well to not be given any resolution, given the amount of time that had elapsed since purchase, however, the company got back to me within 24 hours and gave me a full refund. I have loved everything I have ordered from them.
