I have been a long-time customer and have never had to return anything before. Recently, I ordered two women’s hoodies and received them after 10 days, despite paying $5.99 for shipping. Unfortunately, the quality was awful, and the size was much larger than I expected. I emailed the customer service twice to request either a refund or an exchange, but have not had any success. I was informed that because these items are marked as “Final Sale,” refunds or exchanges are not possible. I believe this policy should apply to in-store purchases, where customers can see and try on the merchandise before making a decision—not to online purchases, where customers rely on accurate descriptions and sizing.
I will stay away from 32 degree Company.

The delivery was pathetically slow. Stop using UPS

A few months ago I asked that you bring men’s swim and workout shorts 2 and 1. Thanks for bring it back. I just ordered 2 and more stuff:)

I recently placed an order I did not receive, not because it hadn't been shipped but because the delivery company had delivered it to someone else. As soon as 32 Degrees notified me that my package had arrived at my address, I informed them through email support that it had not been delivered. After a few emails and pictures showing that my front door was not the same front door the delivery company delivered to, I was issued a full refund. I can not express how professional and prompt the 32 Degree customer support team was in dealing with my issue. I will and look forward to doing business with 32 Degrees in the future.

They did not include my free item in the delivery for spending over $75 and are trying to charge me $5 to return the items I don’t need now.

Love the products and the prices can't be beat!

Purchased an item that was apparently intended to be worn once and thrown away. The material was very low quality. The inside of the item was fraying and pilling and it was visible from the outside. Reached out to customer service to ask for assistance. What a waste of time. They have zero interest in standing behind the quality of their product. Stay away from this company.

Placed an order May 3, 2024. $44.93. Never received it. Tried to contact..no phone….chat guy sent me to a third party website called “just answers”, then he cut me off, that I had to pay for. They sent me a note that this is a bad company. Sent emails to customer support. I better get a refund or I will give a bad review on every ad they place on social media.

I have 4 pair of yoga pants. They are so comfortable & soft. I also have the Bermuda shorts. Very nice fit & comfortable. I also bought 4 lightweight hoodies. I received the items quickly and the sizes were just as the size charts said. Love their products. I also purchased this brand of skorts from Costco & am very happy with them.

I bought 4 tank tops with a built in bra and adjustable straps. I had purchased them before from Costco but they no longer had them. They came quickly and are perfect. I above them!!

I placed an order, and afterward, the website offered me another item to add after the fact. I bit and accepted the offer not knowing it gave me the wrong size. When the order arrived, I was shocked to see a large when I needed a medium. So I went to their site to perform a replacement only to find they would not accept it, even though I never opened the package. Frustrated, I reached out via email and FB only to have their rep blow me off saying it was my fault and they won't do anything for me. I just threw away money on an item I cannot wear. I am amazed that any company can exist with these scam practices in this day and age. Not only that, but their products ended up being really low quality. Never again.

Very low quality products. Purchased their slippers and their women's tops. The tops were very thin fabric and sizes were very skimpy. Threw them in the garbage. Memory foam slides/slippers cause extreme sweat and foot oder. They will leave you with foot fungus. Better to purchase a higher quality brand OR use bleach wipes on the shoes daily to disinfect and put the foam slides in the washing machine.

I ordered four pieces of of activewear and paid $37 and some change. When I got the items and tried them on, they were too big. I went to the site for exchange or refund, when I put all of my information in I was aware there may be $5 charge if you WERE getting a Refund. I did not receive the extra small that I had asked to exchange. Instead I received a refund and lost $5 as they did not do the exchange. I made an effort to talk to a customer rep through email and the response I got was the same!! An email telling me how to get a Refund or Exchange. No one available to talk to you. I will no longer buy your product for that reason. You can not talk to an email!!

low prices! fast shipping - and free over $32 on an order. I just love their stuff, their t-shirts and shorts are my personal favorites. I place an order just about every month, I just can't help myself with their low prices on sales! I would certainly recommend them to anyone

I have been very happy with several orders I have gotten from 32 Degrees. Soft comfy items that have held up well.

I had to give two stars because of the frustrating experience I have been going through for the past half hour.
In the past I would’ve given five stars because of the merchandise I have received! I have gotten a few coats and jackets from this company and I was very pleased with them!
They give you a customer service phone number but then you’re not allowed to talk to customer service! You have to have a chat online and then put your credit card number in to charge you a dollar that is returnable that is totally ridiculous I had two simple questions for three items I was purchasing! I wanted to know how much the shipment would be on a certain amount of money for three items that were in my cart!? I also asked is there an amount you have to pay in order not to get charged for shipping!? I gave them my city and state and ZIP Code so they would be able to tell me and after four attempts they still cannot tell me no one answers the phone and you just get forwarded to this ridiculous chat! I guess I will just take the items out of my cart now ! I was a good customer

32 degrees has a large variety of comfortable basic clothing. I've bought shirts, leggings, pants, underwear, jackets and pajamas. I've been happy with all of my purchases. Sizes are good, I wear an XL in everything. Clothing is soft and comfortable. I've never needed to return anything. Shipping has been quick for me. Prices are amazing!

After emailing about 6 times, They said they would do nothing to replace or refund damaged items

Made an order two weeks ago and didn't get my package. Customer service just issued a refund rather than trying to get my items. Julianna, the rep I was working with said this happens very often. Poor service. They should have helped resolve rather than treat their customers as nothing more than the means to a quick buck.

Awful customer service!! Slow response and not helpful!
