Poor customer communications!! my order got cancelled with no clear reasons as to why. Sent in multiple messages before I got one response.

No delivery, no answer for questions, no cancelaation of order and refund
Ordered Xiaomi super large 800x400 double-material mouse pad on 3. April this year. Still no delivery information and contacted the seller 3 times to get information and finally to cancel the order. No response.
So no delivery, no customer service, only credit card was charged.

Was besser werden kann ist die lieferverfolgung.
Mein Handy was bestellt wurde lag ohne Vorankündigung vor der Haustür.

Die Lieferung des Smartphones war wirklich schnell (4 Werktage) Warum ich nicht 5 Sterne gebe ist lediglich der fehlenden Sendungsbenachrichtigung geschuldet.

Schneller Versand und guter Preis
Die Bestellung ist insgesamt sehr gut abgewickelt worden. Allerdings hat sich der Bestellstatus nach Zahlungseingang nicht mehr aktualisert, so dass bis zum Wareneingang Unklarheit zum Versand bestand und die Ware dann doch zeitig aber unangekündigt eintraf (Abwicklung über Lager Frankreich).
Alles in allem aber eine klare Empfehlung. Gerne wieder.
