Rasario Costello very helpful and great service provided

I traveled to Dublin Red Cow from Belfast for all four dental implants.
Dr Xavier Borras carried out all my treatments with expertise, knowledge and compassion. He extracted 13 teeth, did bone graft, and placed four titanium implants and temporary teeth all during one appointment. After waiting several months the implants were successful. I never had any pain or discomfort. I also never had any infection or inflammation. Dr Xavier Borras fitted my permanent porcelain teeth and they are perfect in every way. From the moment I entered the surgery the team there were very helpful and kind. Adam runs the reception and was more than helpful to me. I have had such a positive experience with Dr Xavier Borras and his team that I am returning for further treatment on my lower natural teeth. I am so very grateful and thankful to Dr Xavier Borras for the beautiful smile he has given me along with regaining confidence.

Recently brought my 12-year-old son, who was quite nervous about dentists, and the team were brilliant with him. Cristen, Katie, Ciara, and Nadine on reception made him feel completely at ease from the moment we walked in—great energy and very approachable.

He came out relaxed and said it was a really positive experience, which says everything.

My experience at 3dental is made easier every time with Rosario costello the hygienist. She makes me feel so at ease everytime. I would be a very nervous patient and the way she chats away makes you feel very at ease.

I had a cleaning appointment with Rosario Costello at 3Dental Limerick and she was brilliant. She did a really thorough but gentle clean, kept checking I was okay, and gave me simple tips to keep my teeth in good shape at home. I have just completed my treatment for All-on-4 implants with 3D Dental in Red Cow, and my dentist was the exceptional Dr Xavier Borràs.

I had a horrific experience at the dentist when I was young, which unfortunately left me with excruciating anxiety. Because of this, I avoided the dentist for many years. Even though I was often in constant pain with my teeth, my fear was stronger than the pain.

Making the decision to go ahead with this treatment took a lot of research, and 3D Dental was by far the best option for me. I didn’t have to travel abroad, and the team was always available if I had any questions or concerns.

From the reception to the treatment chair, the staff are extremely professional, kind, and very understanding of patients who have dental fear. Dr Xavier was exceptional, he has a very kind manner and always put me at ease. Ella who organised my appointments, was fantastic. She always tried to facilitate times that worked with my work schedule and made the whole process much easier. Hugo, the technician, was also very obliging and made sure I was comfortable and happy with my final implants.

If you have a fear or phobia of the dentist like I did, I would definitely recommend 3D Dental. I am absolutely delighted with the outcome. I have no more pain and now have a great smile.

Fantastic experience as always with Rosario Costello !

I had an appointment with the dental hygienist Rosario Costello today and wanted to share how positive my experience was. I went in feeling very anxious, but she immediately noticed that I was upset and took the time to reassure me. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease throughout the whole appointment.

The treatment probably should have been quite painful, but she was so gentle and careful that she made it really comfortable to deal with. I barely felt any pain at all. She was incredibly kind-hearted, patient, and professional, and she also gave me some really helpful advice about caring for my teeth.

I’m very grateful for how understanding and compassionate she was. She turned what I expected to be a very stressful and painful appointment into a really positive experience.

Very disappointing experience with Truly Dental and a lack of transparency around pricing.

I booked an appointment that was advertised as a “free consultation”, with the understanding that the booking fee would be refunded if you attended.

However, after less than a minute with the dentist, I was told I needed a CBCT scan. It was not clearly explained beforehand that the scan would cost €150 if I did not proceed with treatment, or €50 if I did. I only became aware of this pricing structure afterwards, which felt misleading given that the appointment had been advertised as a free consultation.

Clear explanation of costs before any procedure is essential, especially in healthcare. Under the Consumer Protection Act 2007, businesses are required to make charges clear to consumers before a service is provided. Unfortunately that transparency was lacking in this case.

When I later asked for a copy of the scan, I was told I would need to pay €100 to receive it. As this scan forms part of my personal medical data, patients have the right to access their health records under the General Data Protection Regulation.

Overall the experience felt poorly explained and misleading from a pricing perspective. Patients should be clearly informed of costs and conditions before any scans or procedures are carried out.

I would be happy to update this review if the clinic can clarify the charges and provide a copy of the scan taken during my consultation.

Rosario is such a fantastic hygiene nurse and made me feel so comfortable when having my teeth cleaned, I left feeling fantastic and my teeth felt and looked amazing . Such a lovely lady , gentle and very patient . 10/10
