Absolutely shocking service
Said they ring several times never phoned
Complaint made but no response except they would phone me never did
They arrange physico for me had initial assesment but they never had time to talk to me about it
Then cancelled all further appointments and blamed me
Caused no end of stress and left me Out of pocket
Never use they need shutting down but as they don’t answer to anyone they are robbing people blind and allowed to get away with it

I received most awful service. physiotherapist blamed me for everything, I got lots underpressue which I never got from any medical doctor in my life. Physiotherapist asked turn my back and squeeze my butt several times, I saw how Physiotherapist eyes were stare on my butts, very uncomfortable situation when Physiotherapist not provide treatment but stare in my butts...So much disrespect, so much judging, I felt as I came not for physiotherapy but for be judged in court. Physiotherapist made my knee more worse by digging Physiotherapist fingers in my injured knee. When I told about caused pain in second meet with Physiotherapist, said that I insulted Physiotherapist, said me a lot of morals, cancelled my sesions, opened office door and ordered me to leave.
Never ever recommend.

friendly easy quick referral for local physiotherapy. communication very good through post email & phone. after reviews i was a little worried but 3drehab are a third party instructed by solicitors to help find you local physios etc if needed, they are not the actual physios

these Cowboys should be shut down how they’re working with insurance companies and solicitors. I have no idea.

They are cheap awful service. They have no sort of idea about rehab.

They are unprofessional, awful and mamy Injuries worse not better

The lady that I spoke to didn’t really care about me didn’t really show any respect. Didn’t have any sort of knowledge whatsoever why they are used by solicitor. I have no idea that absolutely shocking.

3d rehab are scammers putting massively inflated claims into insurance companies and hoping to get away with it
After a car accident, they referred me to (a pretty poor) physio who saw me for a single appointment
They are attempting to claim from the third party for 3 appointments

Unsurprisingly the third party insurance have rejected the claim of £180 for a ten minute appointment, but as 3d have not bothered to be in touch with my solicitor, this has already held up my claim for legitimate losses
It’s already been delayed by a month so far
I’m pretty sure insurance fraud is a crime for individuals, this appears to be industrial sized fraud
Not sure where to raise this? I’m guessing with my solicitors in the first instance and ask their advice on how to get this company fined

These people are not the most considerate.
Such a shame they hire people that lack such compassion. Avoid at all costs.

I was referred to 3d Rehabilitation by my car insurance provider, following a high-speed car crash where I sustained whiplash injuries. The 3d Rehabilitation physiotherapist I went to see was working out of a storage unit! They didn't complete a proper or thorough assessment of my injury - they didn't seem to want to come near me. For my treatment, they used a TENS machine, setting it to as high a setting as I could cope with. I had no prior knowledge or experience of TENS machines but I've since found out that they are not are main form of treatment used in physiotherapy. The day after my treatment I COULD NOT MOVE MY HEAD OR NECK. I lost ALL range of motion, the pain was EXCRUCIATING and far WORSE than it had ever been. It hurt to move, it hurt to remain still, and I vomited due to the pain. I raised a complaint to 3d Rehabilitation at the time and I still haven't been updated on what's happening and I've been offered NO HELP since. I've had to pay privately to sort out the mess they've made of my neck and back! DO NOT USE 3D REHAB!!!!! Not even as a last resort!!!!

This company is totally incompetent.

I have been referred to this company by the solicitor dealing with aftermath of a car accident as I need physio.

I’m disabled so NEED somewhere with onsite blue badge parking or at least on site parking or parking within a couple of metres. Also MUST have flat level access. They sent me an email with details of a physio, this physio has two clinics, both on busy main roads with no dedicated parking or guaranteed parking. I emailed them back to say this and outlining my NEEDS.

They have emailed me this morning appointing a new physio. AGAIN! they choose one with no dedicated parking, no parking within a couple of meters AND AS FOR LEVEL ACCESS there’s a huge step to get into the building. To top it all off this particular physio is over 20 miles/40 min drive from my house! I’ll need diazepam before they even start physio.

very inexperienced in rehabilitation. The sessions which, in my opinion, the ladies have no experience in, did not help. I do not recommend it to anyone!!

Cancelled physio even tho worked told them couldn’t make weekday appointments only weekend forced me to take weekday appointments then claimed didn’t attend wouldn’t recommend

No having much luck with them and the people they refer you to for treatment speaking to a lady there she seems to have washed her hands of her job and told me I need to ring the doctor and chase my own appointment not good

I was referred for a series of scans from my Solicitors to 3drehab. I was having trouble with the hospital and had to call in a few times but the 2 people I spoke to (Ritchie and Stewart) were amazing and helped me with changing to a better venue. Made me feel valued.
