I agree with all the reviews. My mistake i should have read the reviews. The staff is SOOOOOOO rude and the order took ages to reach. They sent me my order without the glass case inspite of taking advance. Bad bad VERRRRY BADDD. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. THEY ARE NOT WORTHED.

they both the money in advance and didn't sent the miniature yet, its a fake website. I should have google it the reviews before placing the order. now there are not picking up my call.

Ordered on 17th July, still no clarity on delivery... No response on phone... highly unprofessional.

Extremely unprofessional. After 50 days of ordering they have sent broken item. When asked they say stick it with Fevicol. Don't ever order here. I have given complaint in consumer court.

Very bad experience paid 6500 rupees on 29th may ordering 8 Inch couple my parents miniature, till now only the printing image has been shared and keep on apologizing delay and not lifting our calls also. Very worst service

Please don't trust this site, as it is a total scam. I paid 10k and got cheated. There's no proper customer care and they treat us like shit.

Been 6 months since I placed an order for my parents wedding anniversary but these guys keep saying it will be shipped next week and there is no progress or update. I also see there is no contact address or person’s name. Untraceable but I have reported on google since they come up as a sponsored company. I would like to request everyone who has had a bad experience or haven’t received their order to report to google as this will help in future potential buyers not to be fooled. I lost 9000 INR to these guys not a small amount.

Terrible and disastrous is the word i should use, in this modern era, they are the biggest fraudsters and do not deliver what was committed. its better if they shut their business so that people dont fall in to thier scam or trap. I placed the order on 1st of October and made numerous follow-up's to deliver it by 28th of October to gift my spouse, they delivered it only on the 15th December and that to no way close to what pic i gave, they very unresponsive to calls, messages and would say not fit to run the business its just a scam and they want send any shit just cos you have paid the money. the quality of the product is worst. please never order anything from 3dstatue.in

I am really having a tough time. Its been more than 2 months and these people have not delivered anything.
They have been only giving false promises and trying to push their commitments.
I am giving all who want to order on these guys, if you have date in mind to get your orders, you will never receive it.
So please order at your own risk.
They may deliver but then the very purpose is lost.

I would give this business a zero rating. I had placed an order for two models on the 8th of June 2025 and they have only delivered one model. They are taking ages to deliver the second model. Who the hell takes 2 months to deliver twoels? Absolutely pathetic customer service who only know to make false promises. Please don't buy anything from them

Fake company. I placed an order more than 6 months ago. Haven’t received my product yet. They don’t respond to messages. Lost my money!! Please don’t order!!

Wost experience. First off all the images they have published in their website completely looks fake comparing from what they delivered in hand. I ordered it on June2nd and they said it will reach 20days and took an 50% advance promising to show the 3d image in 3-4days and after 2 weeks they showed the 3d image and demanded the remaining 50% which was paid with promising that the delivery will be in the same week , however after several follow-up and chasing they delivered the product on July 16th with the damaged item with incomplete finish and now after asking their reply is to get a feviquick to paste the broken pieces. Such a pathetic work and response. Full waste of time and money

Wanted to give -5.00 rating as it's not even worth to give zero rating. Firstly they promise a date for delivery and would take full amount in advance which is very pricy. And we don't get updates properly. I have ordered one product in May first week and expected to get it by May 22nd. I haven't got the product yet which is July 13th. We keep getting incorrect updates after calling or reaching them. They fakely gave me a tracking number last week and told they dispatched it. When we call them they talk so arrogantly and they feel like they are giving us items for free. Also the final product doesn't look that promising, who ever does the paint work doesn't even bother to make it look better. Too pricy, worst service and total money waste.

I ordered a statue on 20th May 2025 for my mother's birthday, and they promised delivery within 15-18 days. Today is 28th June, and they have not yet dispatched my order. I have texted them several times, but they are giving excuses after excuses. It’s already 2 months now, and I am thinking I have been scammed. I have paid 7000 Rs to them. The website is fraudulent. I have seen fraud comments on Google. I am trying to message them every day, but they are always giving excuses that we will deliver the order in next week

I ordered a couple statue for our anniversary. They take money upfront, and it's more than 50 days, and they haven't even shipped the product.

The finish of your products are bad. You take money upfront and deliver sub standard finished product. You don’t respond to the customer calls or messages. Your people don’t even talk properly on the phone. I’ve placed an order of 30 pieces and most of them are in bad shape. Either the finishing is bad the paint is bad some figures have fingers missing. You have just disappointed and embarrassed us in front of our clients.

If there is something below 1, then I would have given that. They are fraud and take money in advance and don't deliver the item. They even don't respond. A total fake and fraud company. Don't get into their trap
