great service 3dtechelectro is surprisingly very fast with their delivery i ordered a few units from them and i got it in one week and their system works great you get a tracking number once your order is shipped track all movements and everything overall the printers were brandnew sealed boxes great job you should take advantages of their promo deals its really worth it

I ordered a Bambu lab X1C from 3D Tech E on a promo deal they had, pretty good it took about a week but overall I got what I ordered and they customer service was good even tho they I thought they have a unique way of confirming payment but everything was straightforward thanks keep up the great service

I recently purchased a Bambu Lab X1 Carbon from 3Dtechelectro, and I am very satisfied with the experience. The ordering process was seamless, and I appreciated the reliable tracking system that allowed me to monitor my package every step of the way.
Although there was a slight delivery delay of 2 days beyond the expected date, the communication was clear and the wait was worth it. The printer arrived in perfect condition and is working flawlessly. I highly recommend them for their service and product quality

I ordered some units from 3Dtechelectro and I’ll be honest, the shipping took longer than I expected, which was frustrating at times. Communication wasn’t always fast, but they did keep responding and explaining the situation. In the end, I received all the units I ordered exactly as described and in good condition. So while the process was slow, the order was eventually completed and delivered. If they improve shipping speed, the experience would be much better overall.
