Low Payment to Teachers and expense from self pockets for STEM
I have been working as a Science teacher with 3i and they initially promised me to pay INR 250 per class and which is reduced to INR 150 per class and after tax deduction it is INR 135 per class. I have all the proofs of the promises and the way they work. They enrolled me by taking INR 10000 as registartion fee for being in partner program but and also asked me to spent money on STEM experiments and Wacom writing pad where I spent another 8000 in total. They promise that you will get atleast 3 students in a batch. However, they do not inform this to parents that their will be a group. Teacher only needs to struggle to make group. They also force to give 5 star ratings to teachers and if any teacher give low rating then they will torture her by calling on whatsapp and telling if you are going against managment then how you will get students. I have all proofs and I will be uploading this review on other platform as well so none of other teacher to be humilated and lied. I will also be writing to education departnment and Labor ministry so such injustice should not be repeated with anyone.
I explained this to 3i managment team too. I faced only lies and politics. I will write to education ministry and Labor Ministry as well.
I was enrolled on profit sharing scheme of 60 for teacher and 40 for Company and I have my email proof of the same. However, it was changed to fixed hourly charges. I also asked them to give my registration money back and I was awarded with more lies that you will get foreign students and groups. However, I was given students where I can not make groups. This is already discussed with Managment and onboarding team and they are not bother and 3i team stopped giving me demos. I was never told that I need to spend money on STEM experiments and I have to manditaory attend meeting on every fridays. It became like a job with very low income and humilation instead of Franchise Model of being a partner with 3i. I have all proofs of whatever I have mentioned here. I wish there should be a way to upload pics here.

Poor Platform experience
While teachers are good the platform is sub standard.. I do not see any value for such a basic platform, compared to platforms used by other edtech companies.
