Barry was quietly efficient. He arrived on time and set about his work right away. He found his own way around the chapel, hall, guild room and balcony. I just had to let him into the boiler room. Barry explained why two extinguishers had to be changed. He finished the job before I expected!

We required an annual inspection and test for 18 fire extinguishers placed in four buildings on the Estate. Spoke with Dave Rowe at 3MG and we agreed a day and time for their engineer to visit. On the day, Tom Mew arrived a bit earlier than expected and contacted me to say he was on site. I escorted Tom to the buildings on the Estate and he had the information by serial number on hand to locate and test all our fire extinguishers.
All tested and recommendations/advice given, Tom was excellent and how good it is to receive such excellent service from start to finish.
I wish all suppliers of Service were this good.
