Never had a problem,great response to any issues and problems solved quickly 5 stars from me.

Scam. If I could give no star I would. I had no problem in the first year then the problem started. In March I paid but had my account closed/deactivated in April. I sent proof of payment but I stopped getting any response no matter how many messages I sent, 4kmedia didn’t respond. Sadly I made a bank transfer as PayPal didn’t work. Lesson learnt, always pay by protected ways. Do not have anything to do with this company/person (he uses the names Hamza, William, Asif) After a lot of pressure from me and many messages i have eventually got my account reactivated, i await to see how long it lasts.

I payed for renewal of my existing subscription 55 GBP.
When my old subscription reach the end date it stopped, so I told them I had paid for twelve months more.
He told me a reseller had scammed me, they a got rid of him and a lot customers have lost their money. I said I bought the subscription from this websites and been sent a receipt from 4K media. He said if you want this service you have to pay again. Do not deal with company.

Scam, scam, scam. Please keep your money. I had a full year without too many problems. Tried to renew December but their PayPal account was closed down. When I contacted 4Kmedia I was asked to pay by bank transfer but refused. I was given a different PayPal account to use. I’ve had 4 emails telling me I’ve not paid. I sent screenshots of the payment receipt but, still had my account closed twice. Both times when I contacted them I was asked to pay again so, again forwarded the screenshots to prove payment and refused to hand over money. When I sent a screenshot of the PayPal payment (to someone named Amjad Ali) my service was restored but, it’s been disabled again today. 🤬🤬🤬

Hi I am writing to say that yes 4k do use bank transfer not PayPal I paid for the panel and the top up credit Honesty I have not had any reason to be concerned
So 4KMEDIA YOU GET 10 OUT OF 10 FROM ME

A very sly scammer. PLEASE DO NOT BUY IPTV OF HIM. once you pay the seller via bank transfer, he will say he hasn't received it. He will ask for double the money and if not paid, he will cancel the iptv subscription. Never buy anything through bank transfer. If they have PayPal service, then you are protected. However, he plays dirty and his name is Hamza. When you go on the chat function on the website, the name William will appear. However, that is Hamza in disguise. Please be careful 🙏.
