Normally I've not had much issue with this brand. I didn't get the correct strength send. I ordered 6mg but got sent 18mg, messaged them on their website also Facebook messenger. But no reply.. :'(

Slow delivery poor quality
Service was okay. Delay in shipping but got a discount for next order.
Some of the pouches were burst in the container and some were stuck together, possible problem at the factory. Never had a problem before, maybe just a bad batch.

Ordered a free sample, never arrived
There was an offer for a free sample can so ordered one and it never showed up. Really put me off from ordering paid for cans in the future. A shame really.

1 bad Tub out of 4.
I brought 4 tubs, 1 tub I had to throw away. None of the ends was sealed. White powder all inside the tub.
When I was going through the whole tub I think I saved maybe 2 or 3 of them. Even then they was covered in white powder so couldn't put them in my mouth.
On the plus side the other 3 tubs was OK and very nice product. So must of been a bad batch. It was the Mint Flavour Strong.

Impulse buy. Glad I did!
Bought these at Tesco at Birmingham Airport. Never heard of the brand so thought I'd take a chance. Very impressed with this UK brand. Nice intense initial hit and long lasting flavour. Bought the mint as well and they are equally as good. Had no issues with pouch integrity. My new favourite brand. Great price point too.

I don’t meet verification age 😆
I. Liked the free can but left a sweet taste , I wanted to order some different flavors but the age verification is a joke , it said I didn’t meet the required verification age 18 , I must say best compliment I have had in years 😆😆but I am in fact 58 😆😆so I can’t order anything right now 😱

Excellent quality, good customer services.
These are probably the best tasting pouches available on the UK market. I did have a query for which I had to contact customer services, I found them helpful and they responded quickly.

Par excellence.
Arrived early,well packaged and secure. As ordered and customer service super nice. Taste excellent,all of them, and are well helping me give up smoking after 50 yrs,started at 15 and I am 65 now. May be to late but I have noticed things like no tobacco smell in the house or on my clothes, no cough every morning and sense of smell and taste getting better. 4NX pouches help tremendously with the nicotine just wish I had something to do with my hands not holding cigarette lol. These pouches will help no doubt,worth a shout. I have had no incentives to write this review. Paul.
