I am dealing with Alex.Firstly,my delivery was for US and I paid through Canadian CC.They wanted me to send them a picture of my credit card.really?
Then i paid more and requested the delivery to Canada.
They booked DHL.they didnt pick up my order for 1 week.Only after me contacting them they nudged DHL.Now my pacel is stuck with customs for 12 days.I have filled itemised proforma of my purchase (which 5 star hookah) should have done,I have sent them copy of my passport,work permit and stamp on the passport when i entered canada.
I contacted the company many times-most times,they didnt respond and other times she shrugged off responsibility and said when the parcel comes back to them after very long,i can get my refund.
massive issues with this company with international dealing.

5star Hookah are the absolute best
5star Hookah are the absolute best. Best range of tobacco, pipes, bowls and HMDs. Prices are reasonable. Customer service is good, they always take my phone calls and provide advice when needed! Highly recommend Alex and the 5star team!!

Spent $700 including tax on a regal…
Spent $700 including tax on a regal king hookah and base with kaloud hose and this store can't even include a gromet so the hookah fits. Called this place and was told my fault what "do you want us to do about it." Good customer service. Don't be cheap and add a $5 gromet. Better yet, keep the $5 gromet and provide better customer service. Choose another place to buy your HOOKAH.

Scamming/ lieing company
I ordered a month and a half ago ($700+) from them with no response. Had to chase them up 5 times. Eventually dispatched my order. They sent it to the wrong address (one in the US no the UK). I have it noted as delivered. Eventually got fed up with being fobbed off so wanted a refund. Only got $477 back as they said they take a 15% fee for restocking and don't refund delivery costs. Also totally lied to me saying it was because customs held my item. Scamming lieing company!
