I ordered Chicago Blackhawks rug for $39.99. It came and was basically a foam bath mat. I was very disappointed as it was a gift. Emailed the company and they wanted a Pic of the mat and packaging. I replied I threw away the envelope style packaging and had given the mat to my son and told him I was embarrassed at the poor quality. I further stated they know what it looks like since it is their merchandise. I said it was not damaged. It was the poor quality I was questioning.
Emily, from their customer service emailed back saying that they'd give me a 10.00 refund. I replied ok. She then emailed me and said to get the 10. I'd have to remove or change the review I'd written . I did write a review stating poor quality and that I was disappointed. I refused and told her I was not lying and it was basically blackmail to offer me 10.00 to change or remive my review. OUTRAGEOUS business practice. Buyer beware!!!
