Extremely poor service. Withdrawals can take a week to reach your account (that’s if you’re lucky enough to win something). Decided to contact their support after I noticed the funds were still showing as possible to “reverse” the withdrawal on their end. So they never actually processed the withdrawal. Spoke to support. They hit me with TnC’s instead of helping and just processing the payment… pasted their reply below.

I was able to deposit £3000 in less than 24hours with no verification, few hours following this my account was closed by 777 as I am excluded and should not have got access to the site, the verification or checks they done following my £3000 in deposits suspiciously enough should have been completed before this point not after. GCUK advised in the hope of preventing other people suffering similar. Really need to reduce their new customer deposit limits inline with responsible operators. Not everyone will encounter this experience obviously but take it as a warning to use a more responsible provider.
