No Help, Customer Bias? And a touch of control panel not functioning.
Zero customer support help, contacted via Discord, ignored- and other people were attended too/staff asked them questions and helped them or directed them. I did not receive it, despite being there first.
Detailed Explanation of issues, and steps of self-help tried (to show I did everything I could to resolve, but it was not client side/my side issue, it was server side/host side problems.
Take note, a lot of other people are having similiar issues as me. They got help or responded too, I did not, my ticket was not responded too.
Staff does not respond, doesn't scroll up to respond in order of first come first serve. Showing bias/favoritism or straight up customer neglect (one or the other(s)).
Needless to say, I cancelled my service, contacted PayPal, and got refunded. Don't waste your time- also, my saves didn't work (Not only did my world not transfer, and config/options would not save, my world did not transfer neither did my saves).
I couldn't even get to modding, and files list would not list for two nights.
