They lied about the most recent server…

They lied about the most recent server using the most up-to-date patch. Otherwise, I wouldn't have even tried the service. So obviously when it doesn't work I try to cancel it but it won't let me cancel without contacting them, at which point they don't cancel and Just refund me for one month before quietly charging me for 6 more months. When I again go to try to cancel it won't let me and I have to contact their support which is only through email, and can take days.

Disrespectful and unprofessional

Like what the other reviews indicate I too have had a bad experience with customer support. I experienced errors with the server I rented and reached out to support. I was told they would look into it, a week went by without them solving the issue which lead me to follow up with a new email. I was told it was my own responsibility to follow up with them and that they assumed the issue had been resolved because I as the customer did not write them continuously, reminding them of the fact that there is a problem with the server.
The persons responsible for communication within their support comes across as unprofessional and exceptionally disrespectful.

Easy Refunding

Paid for server but didn't need to use. Asked for a refund, it was processed quickly and without any issue.

- Would recommend using Discord for tickets

The game was fun with some annoying…

The game was fun with some annoying issues. The main issues I had with the server were the lagging and kicking people randomly. Another issue I had was falling through the world. I ended up leaving and giving it time to figure it out after I realized I had fallen 38km with no signs of stopping. Then when I reentered the game, I was in the same spot yet no bike in sight.

Not too bad, until it was

Not so bad at the beginning. Our server had decided to go to another game we thought was supported in this process, however we were informed it was not. The host of our server tried to get in contact with customer service, only to be greeted by nothing. Server Host (SH) then decides to reach out on Discord and finally got a reply. Talked with a gentleman much more capable of helping us with this issue. SH ended up sitting down the server and requesting a refund. Personally wouldn't really recommend, especially for bigger groups.

Work to be done... could be great in the future.

Had Various small issues running the server on this service. Nothing to major. We decided as a group(10 people) to move to a different game the group seemed to support. Used e-mail support. Got into contact with a NHCaptain (Jon). Do not bother talking with this fellow. He is entirely unhelpful. Gave up on e-mail with NHCaptain (Jon) after a day and a half of round about attempts to get the information originally requested.

Moved to the discord server and opened a ticket there. A Mr. DxWo was first to respond. He was VERY helpful. Offered amends. Although we had already decided as a group to move on to another hosting platform. Theirs was just not yet able to do what we were in the market for. In the future, we will see.

Given time and a bit of direction, the service here could be very nice. We did not have the steady disconnects others seem to experience.

We DID have moments the world would stop loading to one player or another. Thought this seemed more ISP related, than server related. Our testing showed it happening to ONLY a certain provider of internet.

All in all. Jon need not be there. The service is acceptable for small groups. All trivial problems aside. The service was fine for 6 people or less. No At&t based ISP user should go, there is some communication problem there.

Starlink users, works good for us. Spectrum... it's hit and miss... The second person, DxWo. His response was professional, timely, and USEFUL.

If you are a small group. Give them a chance, so they can continue to improve.

As requested, given names removed... The reason why I can not fathom, as the name that I gave, is blatantly posted by the person EVERYWHERE... as well as on the support e-mail response signature... but, here you are.

There is a bit of shadiness in this group. I just can't seem to put my finger on it directly.

No Help, Customer Bias? And a touch of control panel not functioning.

Zero customer support help, contacted via Discord, ignored- and other people were attended too/staff asked them questions and helped them or directed them. I did not receive it, despite being there first.

Detailed Explanation of issues, and steps of self-help tried (to show I did everything I could to resolve, but it was not client side/my side issue, it was server side/host side problems.

Take note, a lot of other people are having similiar issues as me. They got help or responded too, I did not, my ticket was not responded too.

Staff does not respond, doesn't scroll up to respond in order of first come first serve. Showing bias/favoritism or straight up customer neglect (one or the other(s)).

Needless to say, I cancelled my service, contacted PayPal, and got refunded. Don't waste your time- also, my saves didn't work (Not only did my world not transfer, and config/options would not save, my world did not transfer neither did my saves).

I couldn't even get to modding, and files list would not list for two nights.

Don't bother with their services

Don't bother with their services. The 3 hours you get to play between server crashes, the save gets deleted and you're restarting again. Want support? Wait multiple days and get a nothing response that doesn't assist with your problem. Wait multiple more days, restart process all over again. So far wasted a week on either connecting, or restarting a fresh game to actually play instead. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY, USE A REPUTABLE COMPANY

Bad Customer Support, OK UI, Stable.

It was actually easy to use including updating 7D2D to 20.x and adding Darkness Falls. All good for 4 months The Service was bad though - when the server was lagging on night I opened a ticket but used the chat bot which literally told me to to cancel my account. I thought it was a bug but when I sent a screenshot the answer was "lol." We never complained and were just looking for help w/ lag but they made it really clear they jyst wanted us to cancel. So we did. =)

I've been running this host now for a…

I've been running this host now for a few days and im starting to lose my patience.

First off lets start with when you buy a server, Their current system is incredibly bad and simple. And if you want to upgrade your server their upgrade system doesnt even work. and then instead of just adding the current money you spent on the server when you upgrade to a new one, it will fully charge you again for the full amount instead of discounting what you spent before.

Now lets move to the setup of the server, they offer modding packs that installs the server for you automatically however you have to re-configurate EVERY time when you install a new mod or change the map, and even if you configure it to a bigger map it will revert to the smaller one for no reason (most likely as to save hardware resources)

You want to apply a change to the server config to restart it later? yeah no thats not possible. It requires a restart.

You uploaded a new mod manually? we will change the config back so you have to restart it 2 times before actually getting the map you want.

Their support? it's done over email or through discord ticket system which seems extremely weird and unsecure. it's just as flawed as the website.

Through my years in the wow private server community i have seen systems built by 12 year olds that have better support, working shop and a more user friendly system menu.
