I don't know why people believe in 7SS, all they do is get your money and you wont get your order.. they keep telling you sh**t still you will get noting, "evidentltd" helped me out from my stupidity

Sent me defective scooter which they…
Sent me defective scooter which they sent me an email about product recall on this scooter after the sale. They never pick up the scooter back and didn't give me a refund. Ben Signey stopped responding to my email. Beware of this online scammers. I will about to report them to trading standards.
Update: they refunded me and let me keep the broken scooter and apologised.

Hi there, we were dealing with a few issues with our new 7SS model that was released. So we were trying to recall in all of them sold to replace you with a new model. You rejected this as you were enjoying your scooter and didn't email us back or respond to us. We then did give you a full refund as well and did let you keep the scooter.
I am very disappointed
I am very disappointed in the scooter that i bought. I had purchased the scooter and then the battery would die after fully charging the scooter. I also purchased a scooter which had missing screws from the top and bottom and i had to buy a charger since it hadn't come with one and therefore i am very disappointed with this website

Hi there, we are extremely sorry that you weren't happy with the services we provided, our scooters are all hand-checked before despatch so for us its very strange that you had missing screws. If you weren't happy with the product you always have 30 days free returns and warranty for 6 months. You should have just sent us an email and we would be happy to help :)
Bought my first scooter from here only…
Bought my first scooter from here only a couple of days ago. delivery took 2 and a bit days which is quick. Looks more or less brand new. The team was quick to respond to my emails and was very helpful. I would recommend buying from here, no problems as of yet.

Recently purchased a scooter with 7ss (m4 pro), works like a dream! The battery lasts very long which is a major plus. As a scooter enthusiast, I have tried many scooters and this scooter is by far the best I have ever used! I will definitely be passing this company on to family, friends and other scooter enthusiasts. The service was a high standard and staff at 7ss were very educated on their products and a great help! 🛴🤝

It's a big scam, don't trust them I ordered a battery for my electric scooter I never received it they took my money and waste my time.

Hi Fella, we don't have an order under this name. We spend lots of time making sure all our emails are read and replied too, to ensure that our customers are happy. Please can you make sure to email us if there is a problem with your order. Also can you email us with your full name and order number so we can diagnose the issue.

Really disappointed with the service I received after explaining that the scooter is at fault I was offered a partial refund when my scooter is broke and I have just bought new the scooter doesn't last the battery runs out fast , not cooperative and don't look after the customers

Hi Harleigh,
We are really sorry that you are disappointed with the services that we offer. We understand that you weren't happy with the product so accepted your return, as the 7SS sticker was peeling off and you weren't happy with the battery life. However, we cannot give you a full refund until you return the product back to us. This is the reason why we have only given you a partial refund as we can not give you a full refund until we recieve the product back. You are however refusing to send the product back so there is nothing else we can do.

Ordered the 7SS Pro with a 'Tesla'…
Ordered the 7SS Pro with a 'Tesla' battery, they said it 48h delivery but will take an extra 3 days because of that particular battery.
This was ordered on the 23rd June 22, it took 2 weeks and however many days for them to tell give me a final answer.
During this time was poorly miscommunicated from their part, for me having to chase them to see what was going on, they nicely in the end decided to give me an incentive and make it faster free of charge for the wait. All was good, said thank you and said it would be here by the end of the week.
Instead, they decide to email me, to tell me they will refund my order , this being without any explanation what so ever. I tried calling them, no answer. All seems a bit dodgy to me, especially the way they manipulate their page reviews etc.
Very odd behaviour for a company, unfortunately I wouldn't recommend.

Hi Tobias we are really sorry that you weren't happy with our services. Upon hand-checking your scooter before despatching it we weren't happy with the quality of the product so had to cancel your order.
You were refunded the full amount. Unfortunately you ordered the last one in stock so we couldn't have sent you another product

I bought the Ienyrid m4 pro e scooter…
I bought the Ienyrid m4 pro e scooter as brand new but when I opened it it had some scratches and scuffs. So most likely refurbished yet I didn’t complain about that. 2 days later it had an error say Error2 so now I have contacted 7ss and still waiting as I want to return the scooter back or they give me a new replacement asap.

What an absolute joke off a company in…
What an absolute joke off a company in a matter of not having scooter less then a year Iv had 2 batteries stop working also handlebar broke in half and all they can tell me is their scooters only last no more the 6 months!! What a SCAM!

Hi Toni, you had the scooter for more than 2 years, we have sent you 2 batteries and a handlebar for free on us. We have not had any issues with this scooter with any other customers and proceded to send you free parts and offer to fix your scooter which you happily took before. We can not give you a full refund after that amount of time. Apologies that you were not happy with our services.
