I messaged Eric website looking for a specific JLC, didn’t have one at that moment (he just sold one the model I was looking at) but came back later with a even better one then he just sold for the same price. Amazing customer service, went the extra mile and will be reaching out to him for now on as my primary dealer.

Eric was a pleasure to work with on my first Rolex purchase. He found the watch I wanted quickly, and talked me through the entire process. We spoke daily in the few days between connecting initially and the watch arrival. He even helped get the watched shipping changed to follow me on a business trip. When the watch arrived, it was brand new and amazing. The secondary market for watches and the process can cause a little anxiety the first time, but Eric made it a great experience. I’ll be recommending him to friends and use him for future purchases.

I fear I must be repetitive and echo the other reviews. Making a purchase this expensive can be daunting and the risk of being scammed can be high. Eric and Nick were a joy to work with.

Eric not only called me directly to discuss my purchase and ensure I was comfortable, but he also took time to walk me through the care and maintenance of my new(to me) watch.

Just purchased a Rolex explorer II for 12k and pleasantly surprised with how convenient the experience was. Eric didn't hesitate to hop on FaceTime with me and cover the ins and outs of the watch and provide all the info I needed to feel comfortable wiring that amount. Received my watch 1 day after payment and will absolutely refer him to friends and family.
