Placed order but they failed to deliver. After much legal threatening I managed to obtain a written apology and a promise of a refund. It never happened. Passing details to my credit card company. Avoid !

Unfortunately I am now in the same position that the reviewer Julia Conde wrote about. Despite their highlighted ‘Emergency Cartridges On Time’ they accepted a £58 order for cartridges they apparently do not have. Tried getting an answer on their chat line with Albert but this is a company that can only communicate internally with procurement by email ‘which takes time’ and they have no phone system by which they can speak to each other quickly to resolve issues. Like Julia we have ordered from 999inks before but will not be doing so again. The difficulty now is getting an answer from them that actually tells me what is happening with my order and trying for a refund. Forget trying their phone number.

I have ordered from them many times but I am not sure why this last time I’ve had such terrible experience. I won’t order anymore from them. My order never arrived and I they keep telling me that they are awaiting to hear from procurement. It is clear it hasn’t been dispatched and processed, and when asking for refund and cancellation of the order, again they are waiting to hear from procurement. I won’t order anymore from this company. I will much rather buy from my local store as I had done in the end. I won’t recommend them from now on.

Follow up: after nearly a month my order arrived, I had a response about what was going on soon after this review and received the cartridges days later.

The inks I bought are compatible with my printer, and were delivered quickly.

This is an excellent company to buy ink cartridges from. Good quality products, fast delivery and superb after service care. I had a slight issue with one cartridge, and Maryam answered my email within one hour, with a replacement sent out the same day. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you

Don't print as much now, but for the occasional print these give awful print quality, whereas original cartridges are fine. Waste of mony

Dodge company, sell defect cartridges with no guarantee.
Bad company, sold cartridge which is not compactible to my printer and now cause a lot problem to not give a refund and return items not working.

Paid for 'guaranteed' next day delivery. 2 days later, I still haven't received my order. Got in touch with them, for them to tell me they only dispatched my order today (a day after I was due delivery) and won't even provide me with a tracking number. Absolutely shocking customer service, completely unreliable and no help whatsoever.

Ordered HP304 compatible cartridge - didn't work (tried all the helpful 'hints' included on a cheat sheet - no use) - my printer did not register it and kept saying it was empty. Emailed three times - no replies - tried online chat - again after initial hello - nothing ! Rubbish will not order again from here - cheap yes - useful - no ! And as for 100% customer satisfaction - not a chance

Purchased ink from this company, Ink never showed up, Tried emailing them which they responded once saying its with Evri, Waited for over a week tried emailing again no response, Their phone is just a answer phone message saying sorry we missed your call as opening times are 9.00 - 17.00 even tried phoning every hour but the same message is played to you. Ink finally turned up 7 days late, Paid for original they sent compatible, checked website again and it states Brothers original.

I've ordered two 304XL compatible ink cartridges for my HP D2630 printer. It arrived promptly and works well. Add to that, I got it much cheaper than the other sites I've ordered from before. I'll use this site again in the future.

After market ink cartridge guaranteed to work in my HP printer did NOT. Waste of time and money! Won’t use these guys again…..stick with the big brands is the lesson learned here….

I ordered four printer cartridges from this They claim that their cartridges are compatible with the original manufacturers’ cartridges. My experience is they are not, for a Hewlett Packard LaserJet printer. I had ordered four cartridges from them, and informed them that they were incompatible with my printer. The 999inks salesman promised to send me a return label, but instead I received just one more cartridge, so I now have five cartridges from them that are useless to me. I have now been told that I have to pay a considerable amount for the return postage and handling charges and so I have taken the decision to just chuck them in the trash and forget about the whole experience. This company is making a profit out of people who believe their propaganda online, but I for one am helpless to get my money back and I shall just have to swallow the loss. If you had a zero star, that’s what I would award this company.

It was all very straightforward to find and select the inks required for the model of printer. the website is clear and easy to use, no hassle.

Many good offers from 999Inks make me well informed about the products on offer. The occasional query gets immediate attention and Albert Knight, the Sales person I dealt with this week, was most forthcoming, polite and well informed. A very friendly efficient company which I highly recommend!

Having made a silly error when ordering & purchasing printer inks online out of business hours, I panicked.

I immediately contacted seller via email to try to correct said mistake. Soon after I received a reply saying my enquiry would be dealt with next day & sure enough a reassuring message was sent by, Albert Knight, letting me know my mistake had been corrected before order disspatched.
