Great sales service, and great post sales service to back up.
Both sales and service have excellent communication skills, are very knowledgeable, professional and extremely efficient.
You feel you are in good and, most importantly, honest hands. Further, you don’t feel their friendliness is just a slick mask.
Sale was in 2024. Staff considered my needs thoughtfully, and suggested the perfect bike for me.
Service person,(recently), provided exact projected costs and explanations and despite being extremely busy, under the pump, even undertook some extra work that was needed then and there to save me an extra trip. Impressive.

I took my medium level mountain bike into bike 99 Sydney North. I had a rear hydraulic break issue with squeaking/ low compression, poor stopping distance as well as had gear change missing/ clicking issues.
I found the service team a bit elitist, talking down to you. Advised need for full service, cleaning and full break replacement, disks, pads etc. with a cost of 3rd of a new bike.
Decided as they were experts went ahead with repair. After a week advised to pick up, testing difficult at store but assured by same service men all good now. Got home and tested on weekend ride and breaks squeaking/ low compression/poor stopping still there and still missing a few gears on changes. Called back and found service and support lacking by same men with same attitude with customer blamed for re-causing problems.
If work completed, Bike could not have been tested.
Decided to cut my loses and go else where, bad costly decision to go with Bike99.
I delayed sending this review, but felt I should advise and help management train service team to avoid others having same experience.

I am really happy with the folding bike. Some of the communication was not accurate in that I was told I would get a serial number for the bike and unique information but i did not receive this. The head joint on the stem was not tight so I had to tighten this after my first ride. This was a little dangerous.

Bke was ready for pickup. Employee fully explained the prcedureb for operatin and adjusted bike to suit my size.

Was another easy professional change over of clip in pedals.Maybe could have been done on the spot I thought,but since you were short staffed,had to comeback few days later…..no sweat.😁

I like 99 bikes for their product range and prices. Their after sales care for faulty products is also good. But… I’ve bought 2 bikes from them in the last 2 years and both needed almost immediate return because they were faulty. The first had a problem with chain rings that weren’t properly aligned or true. The second had a hydraulic brake which failed after an hour and a creaky bottom bracket. So there’s something wrong with how they assemble bikes and quality control them before sales. This was the Artamon shop, Sydney.

Shop at the Artarmon store frequently. I always find the team to be helpful and providing good customer service.

The product was well priced and available for collection swiftly after purchase.

Love your customer service - from $20K carbon to a pink with trainer wheels and ribbons - same level of service and commitment - no bike snobs at 99!!

Th whole experience of dealing with Rob from start to finish was awesome, so knowledgeable and happy to explain everything to me who was significantly upgrading in bike spec.

Jervis was so helpful in assisting myself and my wife choose bikes for our kids. He went through each of our needs, and measured up the kids, providing practical advice. He was engaging and understood our needs and budget. Because we bought 6 bikes, he and Robert kindly gave us a discount. Excellent service and value.
