I needed some technical advice on a ICR headset.
I live in country Victoria & purchased a Cube Stereo ONE44 a few months ago from 99 Bikes, Preston.
I called today with an enquiry that required the staff member to view a bike the same as mine so he could answer my question on how the cables are positioned into the headset.
Preston did not have a new bike the same as mine, but I was informed Ashgrove Store in Qld had one.
I called Ashgrove and spoke with Chris.
He had to pull the bike down from the top rack to view how the cables enter the headset. Chris was patient and clearly explained the cable layout to me, which was a huge help to me.
So, whilst I bought my bike from a different store to Ashgrove, a big 'thanks mate' goes to Chris!

My experience this morning was nothing…
My experience this morning was nothing short of brilliant Jonny came up to me and sorted out my valve problem on the spot and at no charge to me today ,I am so lucky to have 99 bikes right around the corner from where I live I will see Jonny and the team a lot over the coming years for advice and maintenance.
