As a visitor from the uk my wife and I contacted Everton park store and pre purchased two cube e bikes from Alec, on arrival one was late so the Tom arranged for me to have a demo until mine arrived.
Tom contacted me to say that mine had arrived and we completed the original transaction and bought extra bits.
All the staff were unbelievably helpful and professional.
I hope the staff at this store get a thank you from the organisation because they deserve to be rewarded for their hard work and dedication to the company they represent.

Great bike, durable, awesome customer service.

Great service even for click & collect!
I've purchased from the Everton Park store before and the staff are really good but this time I ordered click and collect. When I got there I expected to just be given the item and off I go. Nope, these guys really care about their customers and products. One of the staff suggested I put the elbow pads on so they can check the sizing is right. I thought I got the wrong size but he was able to explain why it was almost a perfect fit. After going for a ride the next day and coming off the bike, couldn't agree more! I didn't really notice them while riding and they didn't slide when I crashed!

Great eBike advice and service
The advice, professionalism and friendly service from Jeremiah were exception. He explained all the e-bike options in easy to understand terminology and gave recommendations to suit my specific requirements. It was a pleasure to visit 99bikes at Everton park and i am super happy with my Norco purchase.

It was so easy to order online
It was so easy to order online and get click and collect they didn’t have a mud guard so they order it in and I couldn’t get my pedals offso they did it for free. Highly recommend them. I will be Back to upgrade my bike in the near future.
