Poor start but now good
The bike has performed well aside from the initial setup. All settings initially were at minimums. Supplied hand grips were very uncomfortable. The seat came loose while I was riding. A far cry from the perfect first ride alluded to in the advertising.
After extensive adjustment by me of all but the gears, the bike is now very comfortable

I chose the wrong bike for my daughter at first, but it was very easy to exchange it for the right one. Buying from the website was easy (initial mistake was my own fault).
