The bike computers we ordered were dispatched(next business day) and delivered within good time. Our delivery experience was from Vic to WA. Packed well and arrived in good condition.

Returned to 99 Bikes at Hoppers…
Returned to 99 Bikes at Hoppers Crossing for first service (free of charge) on new bike purchased in May. Received the same friendly service from Christiano and Toey in the service department. Returned an online purchase garment that was too small (hassle free). Got an sms to say bike was ready to collect (in just 2 hours) and a detailed notes of service points and maintenance / care tips. Very impressive team of cycling enthusiasts and always look forward to going back there.

I own Gaint Hard tail and Gaint dual suspension ( Bought from different place).
Been shopping at Hopperscrossing 99 bikes for the last 1 year for spares and safety gear for my mountain bike rides.
My son is 4 years old , he owns a ‘16’ Trek bike ,did shop some spare’s and safety gear for him and his bike too .
Great place , price compatibility and more over good customer service

Front tyre flat after a week
The front tyre of the bike I purchased from my daughter from 99bikes at Hoppers Crossing was completely flat after 1 week. They said I should regularly maintain tyre pressure. Seriously, how does it go completely flat in a week unless there was a leak somewhere? I pump some air into it and same thing has happened.
