Chermside customer service was absolute garbage! Went to pick a Pre purchased bike up, asked to check the front wheel valve on the new bike.... this was an inconvenience to this bloke... With a little... Voir plus

Fast friendly resolution of a mistake I made when ordering.
I placed an online order intending it to be for a cycle computer and cadence sensor, and after I authorised the payment I realised I'd accidentally ordered 2 computers. The next morning this was sorted in a quick and very friendly manner by their 99 Bikes' phone help line (who refunded the cost of the extra computer) - however I liked that the Kedron store had already SMS messaged me to check if I'd ordered 2 computers by mistake - that they had 1 computer and the sensor which were ready to pick up, but it would take just a few days if I needed them to get another computer into their store.

Great service. Got an amazing deal on my first ebike. There was a few small issues which they sorted out during a first service for free.

Good follow up support
Item lost in transit. Poor service from Australia Post, but 99 bikes sorted things at there end very quickly and expressed posted a replacement immediately. Can't fault that service.

Click and collect/ after pay
Used click and collect as after pay for the first time.
Website was easy to use and the text message service was great when my order was ready to collect

Ok Bike store, rubbish delivery
99 Bikes online store seems ok. I had to buy a small specialist part and they had it.
What I can’t believe is the fact that it took almost 4 weeks to get to me! I realise there are financial issue at play but 99 Bikes need to use a more efficient delivery service

Great staff but worsened my problem
While the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, I came in to have my derailer fixed and it ended up being worse. Really good vibe, but making my problem worse sucks. I'm sure they can fix it if I bring my bike in again though.

Extremely happy with the service from…
Extremely happy with the service from the guys at the Chermside/Kedron store. Ordered a wind trainer online without knowing much about what I needed/wanted. Tried it out and it was rather noisy and I was able to return it and upgrade to another trainer that should better meet my needs. Have been very well received every time at the store and can warmly recommend going there.
