Bike i got was picked up from shop and i rode away after i got home a few rides later i realized the front wheel was not secured in the dropouts properly, I promptly fixed that. Kept it for 6-8 weeks... Voir plus

Bike i got was picked up from shop and…
Bike i got was picked up from shop and i rode away after i got home a few rides later i realized the front wheel was not secured in the dropouts properly, I promptly fixed that. Kept it for 6-8 weeks but something wasn't right as there is enormous drag with power on. Put in to shop 6 business day later i call bike has not even been looked at I never got any communication from the store.Attended store location offered a bunch of excuses they had just tensioned the drive belt (improved the ride) but the tension is way too sloppy and the rear wheel wasn't aligned or the frame wheel bolts tight. Fixed that all myself when i got home, bunch of clowns in that store and yes i got rightly annoyed and let them know it.

Don’t buy online, go into store so you don’t get a damaged demo
I’ve usually had amazing experiences with 99 bikes but this one not so good. Bought kids bike online and picked it up. It must have been an assembled demo, the where a lot of knocks and bangs on it, including a ripped seat. The seat the replaced in store, but wrong colour and doesn’t match. 99 bikes should have really noted it has a demo and sold it cheaper. A little disappointed overall. The guy in store was very good though, and tried his best to help us.

Bought a Christmas present from here…
Bought a Christmas present from here for my bike riding brother in law.. super easy to find what I wanted and the gift was well-received. The order went through smoothly and the store staff at the collection were great too. Would totally recommend!

Missygoose Excellent
A few years ago we bought my son the Mongoose Mitygoose and it is still going strong, so we knew we would be getting our daughter the Missygoose.
I bought online and picked up in store.
Communication was great and pick up was easy and fast, before we left they did safety checks to ensure the bike was safe to go.
