Bike was made quickly available for collection ahead of Christmas after online order confirmation. Staff provided great after sale advice and support on brakes and made necessary adjustments.

The panniers did not fit my carrier - it did say fits most bikes. But not mine and unfortunately the stock at the local shop has very poor selection

Have had to order a few bits and pieces for smart trainer set up/bike maintenance during lockdown. Contactless pick up from 99 bikes has always been super fast and efficient.
