Fabulous agents with compassion
I have been with the company for a very long time, due to the kindness of the personal. Today I needed to renew my policy, although I've been away for a while and had a lapse in my coverage. It was absolutely no problem at all to reinstate my policy, and Manuel even remembered me, and was very empathetic towards my situation. Manuel was

friday i went to apply i did not make the payment saturday i cancel the insurance i did not want the policy.
mon tues wens on a thursday they take my $540.94 frome my bank with no consent
i want to file report still no email or anything aboute my refund

Been with this company for years in two different states.. And I've never had a bad experience with the company. My agent in Las Vegas was the best, knew me by voice and was amazing.. My Texas agent is wonderful and always on point..

The Agent is awesome!
The agent, Manuel, is extremely understanding and helpful. As financial manager for a sick relative, it is important for me to be able to talk to people on his behalf, but it isn't always easy. With Manuel at A Abana, once my relative set up the insurance and advised Manuel that I have his authorization to do business for him, the experience and communication has been very easy. I can always get the agent on the phone and speak to him directly, and get all the information I need and pay the premium for my relative. This is awesome customer service.
