No response after initial acknowledgement
Requested quotation on their web site for piano disposal. Supplied all the details asked for, including photos (ground floor with easy access). I did get an email acknowledgement, but after that, nothing. Went with someone else after a three week wait and no further response from A1 Piano Removals.

Apologies for any inconvenience. We did receive a quote request with images, but being nearly 100 miles away we decided not to quote due to costing you a fortune for us to collect it. Its more cost affective to find someone a bit closer to eliminate time and mileage costs.
In the future we will make sure clients get an email to state this. Sorry you feel you had to leave a bad review for us.

I needed a piano removed. I received a reasonably priced quotation very quickly from A1 Piano Removals. On acceptance of the quotation a visit was arranged to remove our piano next day and they turned up on time. Three days to complete the job. No complaints.

First class service.
A1 were the most reasonably priced piano removal service of the five I contacted for quotes. They were on time, polite, professional and patient, giving me time to clean the space where the piano they were removing had been, before installing the new piano. They also ensured the new piano was placed precisely where I wanted it before leaving. First class service.

Liam and his colleague arrived on time moved my piano expertly and swiftly, and departed within half an hour. They were charming and efficient. I would definitely recommend them if you need a piano moving.
