What a joke of a company evri left my parcel not even at my address was left on the front qnd some little mug robbed it while I wasnt even in yorkshire package was seriously late so I was riding now a month on refuses to reply or give me a refund after I have emails from him saying soon as evri log it as missing I cqn issue a refund got me to do something a press of a button can do his side what I couldnt do for weeks you cannot call evri or speak to a human you only get robots on call and chat. This company needs shutting down with all reviews against them I wish reviews was seen first they wouldnt get no business at all and would be forced to shut down and we wouldnt be stung when all we wanted was what we paid for

Ordered an umbrella, waited weeks and contacted them via email to see where it was, i was advised that it had been delivered and was left in a safe place. I asked where the safe place was and was repeatedly told in a safe place which i could not find. Andy the customer advisor kept telling me it had been delivered and wasn't offering any more help or advice for example where the so called safe place the parcel was left actually was then just stopped replying. Customer service is pretty shocking

Thank you once again for the SAME reply from your awful company. I was not handed the parcel i did not sign for the parcel i asked you on multiple occasions where abouts exactly the parcel was left as you just keep saying "in a safe place " where is this safe place ?? You dont seem to be able to answer.

Received the parcel today. My son is so happy with his birthday gift.
The delivery time was a bit longer than I expected but they sold the products are must cheaper than the others.

I never really leave reviews, but for a website that’s not extremely popular I feel it’s the right thing to do. I made sure to look up reviews beforehand and everything seemed to check out, giving me confidence to follow through with my purchase. I bought a Razer special edition Pokemon Mouse for $70 as part of a surprise for my 2 year anniversary with my wife, and it shipped the next day. Had the tracking number along with it, just received it today in exactly 1 week. The item was factory brand new, and packaged extremely well in bubble wrap. You can trust this seller for sure if the item you’re getting is pretty straight forward like a mouse, keyboard, etc. from my experience! Just keep in mind where it’s shipping from is going to take at minimum a week to get to you if you’re in the USA, and a return might not be as easy as a domestic purchase.

Purchase from Canada. Everything went perfect. Received item very quickly considering coming from China. But at none of A1smartstore.com's fault, the item doesn't work which is a Xiaomi brand issue. I emailed Xiaomi concerning the product malfunction and have received no help or support so far unfortunately. But excellent experience on A1smartstore's part. Cheers! Thanks. Too bad the item does not work which I'm not very happy.
