My high school sweetheart and I had matching Coors Light Silver Bullet jackets in the 80's. We recently reconnected, and she lamented that she missed that jacket. I found A2Jackets and ordered matching jackets for me and my midlife love! :) These are hand made and identical to the 80's jackets! Quality material and embroidered, just like the original! The staff were extremely helpful in selecting the proper size, and they fit perfectly! :) I highly recommend! You cannot put a price on nostalgia!!! :)

Package arrived. No protection for jacket at all, stuffed into plastic postage bag.
Ordered an XL recieved a 2XL.
Not leather at all, its Synthetic Faux "leather"
Not shearling at all, cheap fake garbage.
Stitching is pathetic.
No waist buckles at all
Color requested was distressed. Color received is untouched.
The quality is Temu spec.

Horrible service. I ordered a $139 custom jacket in "faux leather" and gave reference photos, they agreed to do it. The jacket arrived with DIRT, MUD AND WATER on it inside the bag, INK STAINS, the outer fabric was destroyed during manufacturing and revealed webbing underneath especially on corners and snaps, and the jacket had major inaccuracies compared to the reference images. This was in no way the "first class stitching" promised on their website. The "faux leather" was actually "dollar store raincoat" style cheap PU material. They did not send me any questions, have me do quality control or send me a preview of the jacket before shipping it to me. Immediately upon opening the package I contacted them for a refund, they didn't reply. I escalated it through PayPal, they didn't reply. I reminded them, then they gave an immediate reply and said I could only get a refund for 50% of the product cost. The jacket they sent me is unwearable and they are still trying to pocket $70 from me.

Just a terrible experience.

For one, it took forever for them to get the jacket made. It says 10-15 business days, but it took well over 20 for them to ship to me. I have a lot of issues with porch pirating in my neighborhood, so I asked for it to be shipped to my PO Box, which they refused to do. Then, of course when it shipped, someone stole it off my front step. The porch pirating isn't their fault, but it added to an already horrific experience. I now have been trying to contact them about getting a refund, and haven't heard back via email or on the live chat on their site. Avoid these people at ALL costs.

Total scam. An entirely wrong size/item was sent. They refuse to issue a refund or give a return address. Would not recommend. Very unhappy. Please avoid.

I bought a women's bomber jacket right after Christmas. Ladies large. It showed up, from Pakistan, beautiful, but so weirdly sized as to be unwearable. (The sleeves were longer than my outstretched hands and the jacket was so long (down to my thighs), that the "waist" was way too small to fit around my average-sized hips. I had never received any emails about it and had already disputed the charge ($265). As it turns out the receipt emails went straight to junk. When I found them, I immediately engaged via email. I got someone "Dane" who was actually reasonable and generally kind to deal with. I agreed to his deal. For $99, he would send me a brand new, custom-made jacket and I get to keep the wonky one. After a handful of emails back and forth, I agreed. Went through the whole thing of measuring myself, comparing to their measurement chart, etc. Yesterday the new jacket arrived (straight from Pakistan...). And it's perfect. Gorgeous. Fits exactly right. It's sheepskin leather with the shearling on the inside and folded out on the collar. I mean it's awesome! I'll find a home for the wonky-shaped one, and try to get $99 for it. But the new one is absolutely worth the original price. It's easy to see that these are handmade...individually, and in the Middle East, likely using very inexpensive labor.

So evaluate what you're actually ordering. If a handmade version of it coming from Pakistan will do it for you...then go for it...because that's what you're getting. And it was a wonky process that took an extra month...but man! I LOVE this beautiful jacket that I (luckily?) ended up with.

I never received my jacket. They say it was delivered but I never recevied it.

Purchased my B-17 Sweet Adaline A2 Jacket and I'm really happy with my purchase. Worth measuring as in my case I have overall size 46 and arms length size 42. Thus I had custom fit.

Absolute garbage. The description says, "Halloween The David S. Pumpkins Suiting Suit”. It has pictures of the entire suit displayed everywhere. But they won't send you a suit, they will only send you a jacket. Nowhere on this page does it say that this is a jacket only. It just says "suit" over and over.

So when my jacket only arrived, I was pretty frustrated that I was misled by this company. What made it worse was that the jacket I received was a completely different pattern than what was shown here.

Instead of a jacket with and embroidery in the back as described by merchant many times in the item description, I received a cheap jacket with a plastic sticker in the back. The description clearly states many times Embroidered jacket. Contacted customer service, and merchant said I had 24 hrs. to dispute and 24 hrs. expired. Phone number of customer services sounds disconnected. Be careful with this merchant.

I wish I could give negative stars, they sell knockoff products. Not just that they lie about shipping dates in order to prevent order cancellations. Please do not use these people. I wish I would have done my research beforehand, I would have saved $200. If you end up in a similar situation do a chargeback through your bank.

I ordered a 449 dollar jacket from a2jackets on July 14 and didn't receive my order, so went to the chat session to let them know about my situation so after about 2 weeks I finally got someone to talk to about my situation I told them what was going on and since my order hadn't come that I would like a refund so it's August 29 still haven't received my refund and now I can't in touch with no one. I'm really warning people about this site because 1 I don't think I'm gonna get my refund back and 2just read the reviews before you purchase anything online that you know nothing about!!!!

Yeah don’t use this site. Ordered a jacket, it was not as shown in photos. Tried for a return or refund but no correspondence.

SCAM SITE. Son tried ordering a jacket for £100. Came out of account. We then received an email from a Walter White asking to wire transfer it as there was an issue with the payment. Blocked my card and contacted bank. In total they have since tried 9 times to take individual £100 payments out. Luckily I’m getting it back as I realised straight away AVOID THIS SITE.

Jacket is nowhere near as advertised. It was supposed to be Starter brand and Cleveland Browns with official brands and logos. It was a real bad knockoff. They even tried to knock off the Stater logo. I have been trying to return it for over a week and no communication. Stay away.

Found this site looking for a specific Replay brand jacket. Despite Replay not selling the jacket on their own website, this one not only does sell it, but also offers it in several different other materials and colours (with no pictures).
Looking around the site you can find very little contact info: An email and an adress. The email? Its just "hello", at 2jackets, and if you try to search for the adress you wont find anything "a2jackets" related.
Social medias are there, although very bare. Seemingly quite a few followers but very little interaction on the posts.
The grammar is also really bad, especially for a site claiming to be english. All the products are on sale, where you can save 50-100 dollars (yes, dollars, on this english webstore).
The support chat has no info to give other than what you can already find on the site. I asked for a phone number to contact them on and was told "phone numbers are against policy"

I have not actually bought anything from the website, but I highly doubt I would actually receive my order if I did.
