Excellent Service.
I used the Sittingbourne branch because they were recommended on Facebook. I wasn’t disappointed. The service was excellent, either polite and friendly staff. Reasonably priced and excellent work.

Life saver
After trying about 5 different company's while stranded at the side of a busy A road A2 where the only ones able to come out after hours. With a very reasonable price. When I saw his headlights in my rear window a sense of relief came knowing I was going to get someone professional and quick. Highly recommend this company. The man that saw me Connor was respectful good at his job and very professional

I can't remember the exact date but my partner came in to the Sittingbourne branch a few weeks ago but had forgotten the locking wheel nut key. A worker she believes was called Paul saw no issue with this and removed all 4 locking wheel nuts and replaced them in around 10 minutes. This meant my partner could get back on the road quickly and safely. Special thanks to that worker and A2 tyres for being so reliable.

Just an awful experience from the start.
I telephoned 30 minutes before I arrived and was told there would be no waiting time. I needed two new front tyres. When I arrived there were many customers waiting. I asked some if they had been waiting a long time and it was apparent they were waiting at the time I was told the workshop was empty.
I was told to leave my car key in the ignition and wait. Thirty minutes later I asked if my car had been completed and was told they were waiting for me to give my key to reception.
When my car was finally taken into the workshop the tyre fitters started to engage in excessive horseplay around my car. When I went over to ask what was going on it was also necessary to ask one of the tyre fitters to take his tools and my wheel nuts off of the bonnet of my car.
I complained to the foreman and another employee called me boring.
When I got my car back after 1 hour and forty minutes I was so worried about the work A2 tryres had completed I drove slowly home and had the wheels and tyres checked immediately.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Firstly let me apologize that your locking wheel nut was placed on the bonnet of your car, this is not a practice that we encourage and therefore the necessary actions and training will be delivered to ensure that this doesn't happen again.
I have reviewed the HD CCTV system we have in place this morning and cannot see the horseplay that you are referring to, I am however more than happy to invite you in to review it with me and point out where we were going wrong.
In terms of the wait time, we never ask customers to leave their key in the ignition but to return the key to us so we can place it with the jobsheet in order to reduce delays in turnaround time, I can only say that this was potentially a misunderstanding.
In terms of being worried about the work we completed, the workshop foreman spent 15 minutes with you and the wheel alignment technician talking you through the process and the outcome. We also have a comprehensive training plan to ensure that our tyre fitters are more than capable and qualified to do the job.
All this being said we clearly fell below your expectations and at A2 tyres we strive to go the extra mile. I would very much like to discuss your concerns further. Please feel free to contact me at any time.

Absolutely excellent service
Absolutely excellent service! Traffic wardens were threatening me with a ticket, although I had a flat tyre and couldn’t move! A2 Tyres pulled someone from another job so they could help me avoid the parking ticket. Can’t recommend highly enough. Thank you!

Amazing value.
Used this garage twice now and they're great. I went in and assumed I needed a new tyre. The mechanic said he would look at it first, and came back to say it could be repaired for a quarter of the price. Nice to find a garage that don't rip a single women off.

We all know that vehicles are costly at the best of times, and anything we will always do something to reduce the costs.
Amazing Service A* for A2 !
My wife had a puncture on the A20 and established the car did not have a spare wheel and only the shocking foam.
My space saver in my VW Golf after driving there did not fit the VW Polo.
A2 van pulls into the petrol station and after approaching Mitchell and Stephen they called the office for us. Not long after my kids and wife left in my car and I was rescued by Adam in the mobile van.
The service I received from start to finish including communication was second to none and I will recommend to everyone I know that the number is in their phone just in case.
Epic service is rare nowadays as is communication, punctuality and people that care about people and their job.
Mitchell, Stephen and Adam in particular are role models for this company and the service could not be bettered in any way.

Fantastic experience
Fantastic experience. I got a puncture and needed a mobile tyre fitter. They estimated and ETA of 60-90 minutes and arrived in about 50 mins. The mechanic was really professional, and the price was over £100 cheaper than another quote I’d gotten. If you’re sat on the roadside looking at reviews for mobile tyre fitters, use these guys!

Had 2 new tyres done yesterday and had…
Had 2 new tyres done yesterday and had to order 2 more which I was told would be in after 3pm. I said I’d return after 3pm or the following day, noticed a dust cap was missing so called them to let them know. So today - Saturday I revisit. There was a queue so I went to reception to check the tyres were in, I was told they were, so waited an hour. After taking the 2 tyres off I was told the tyres had been dropped off at Sittingbourne instead of Sheppey, so they had to go and get them. So far I have sat here for 2 hours waiting for 2 tyres to be fitted. I’ve used this garage for 24 years, the staff were as helpful as can be but this is unacceptable, I’ve spent 3 hours getting 4 tyres done. I’ll not be returning for tyres. Tracking done as an apology.

I’m disappointed that we left a dust cap off your vehicle, this is such a silly error and so easily avoidable, so I apologise for this.
I also apologise for the fact that you were told the tyres were at the branch when in fact they had been dropped at another branch. This was an oversight by the work experience student at the desk on the day, she had looked up the incorrect tyre size.
Unfortunately, the next two issues are beyond my control. Saturday’s do get very busy and wait times are just something that I cannot predict until the day. Whilst I’m happy that the tyres were ordered to the correct branch, they were delivered by a 3rd part courier to our Sittingbourne depot. As I have no control over 3rd party couriers this is something that I or the company had no influence over.
I am however happy that my staff on the day went to Sittingbourne to pick the tyres up for you. This will of course have made the situation worse though, we were already busy and had to lose a staff member for 40 minutes whilst going to collect the tyres, and this did of course increase wait times. But again, we didn’t cause the initial problem and suffered because of it.
And finally, I’m happy that my staff did your tracking for you free of charge as an apology.
I hope you have a change of heart and continue using us as the only part I feel that we got wrong was leaving a dust cap off, which again I apologise for. And we have taken on a work experience student in order to help her gain experience and make transitioning into the workplace easier in future. This is something that a lot of companies shy away from these days, maybe for this reason? Not us though, we believe that everyone deserves a chance, and we want to help the young people of today find employment.
