First order very good service. Packaged well and securely. Delivery quicker than expected. Price a few quid cheaper than Amazon. So all round good experience.

Really speedy dispatch and delivery on the normal delivery category. Well packaged, with plenty of protection, so bottled arrived safely. Excellent and will use again.
Consistantly good prices and excellent service with prompt delivery in well and safely packaged boxes. No complaints from me whatsoever. Very impressive.

AVOID!!!!
Sent the wrong item, a smaller can size that I can get alot cheaper elsewhere, also paid for next day delivery and all they could do was offer me a 15% discount on the item, which still means I paid over the odds for 24 cans. Will not be using again and I advise you stay clear as well.

Enjoyed a bottle of wine whilst away…
Enjoyed a bottle of wine whilst away for the weekend so searched online to see where I could buy it. Ordered through a2zdrinks.com as they were best price,even including the delivery charge. Parcel arrived quickly and was extremely well packed. An excellent service which I shall be using again.

Your after sales service is not the best. I mixed up the delivery address and the product was supposed to be delivered to a different address. I tried several times to ring you, but the Switchboard system just sent me round and round. I left a voice message but even as I write, I have not got a response.

Hi, We offer next day delivery as standard. you placed the order and we shipped and delivered the parcel within 24 hours. It was not our fault if you have entered wrong address. We are sorry our lines was busy. My Manager will contact and resolve this.

Placed my order on 26th July was meant to arrive within 3 working days, emailed them on 1.8.25 was told there was a delay my order would arrive by 8th aug still not arrived emailed twice since and now they’re not responding to my emails 😥😥 I wouldn’t buy from them the only correspondence since putting my experience up on here was to ask me to take down this comment and my order would arrive by Thursday 14th aug I said I would edit this once I received my order no surprise really still no order and they’re ignoring my emails once again, was also told customer services would contact me surprise surprise that’s not happened either 😡😡

Ordered on a thrusday, paid over £20 for next day delivery. Didn't turn up on the Friday. Turned up late Saturday half way through event they were for, with items missing. Emailed a few times. Eventually had a response offering refund for missing items but not for the delivery.
