Placed an order 2026-02-16, order was confirmed and payment was automatically taken, but the goods never showed up and they have never responded to my messages since.

Placed order was advised delivery dates for goods 21/25th Oct but they never arrived. Sent messages all ignored. Tried ringing but would not connect. Checked this company out on Government ‘Companies house’. Find last account show £17k assets and £247k debt! Look at all the one star reviews where people have had their money taken and not received goods!

Machine screws ordered, revived confirmation, payment taken and order processing notification within 24hrs and then nothing in spite of follow up request for delivery status - Credit card refund received.

Terrible service, one star far too generous but needed that to post - avoid this company

Worst company I have ever delt with, told 1 ,2 days delivery, 2 weeks later nothing even after son inlaw went in and asked,no email response, don't answer the phone and now told my refund will take a week .
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Scam site that steals your money. Avoid

Ordered 5 machine screws 9 days ago (17 Oct 2024). Money taken but nothing arrived. No response to my email. Only £3.60 so not a huge problem.

Meh, sadly I ordered prior to checking trust pilot. Similar story to others. I had to use Paypal resolution to achieve refund. Items ordered we're never received 'back order'. No one answers phone or emails.

I have had the same experience as other reviewers. Placed 1 order that was completed late after lack of stock. Placed a second order , again told lack of stock , should be re-stocked in 3-4 days, that was 5 weeks ago. No answer to the phone, no replies to multiple emails, no updates. I get the impression there is no company there now, just a bank account.This is tantamount to THEFT as others have said.My experience is that you shouldn't pay money for products from this company as they never arrive!

Only £8.71 thankfully, but it is still theft, this site was a straight up scam in my case. I personally don't believe any positive reviews about a company run like this.

I ordered in November,( ZWJZVKJWS ) was told items not in stock but would be delivered in December, I realised the items I had ordered would not be suitable so sent an email to cancel my order, nothing heard and phone number given does not ring. I will probably have to use Paypal to recover my money.

I have not received my order and have requested a refund as I no longer need the items.I have not received a reply.

Excellent service, quick delivery. Would use again.

Poor comms, two failed postages from the company
If I hadn't have chased it and threatened poor feedback I wouldn't have received the order in the end , 1 month later from initial order

Advertised as fasteners (plural). Pack quantity 1. I thought £1.79 for a pack of fasteners was reasonable-£2.15 with Vat.
I received one tiny fastener!! I went to my local DIY and bought a pack of 25 for £4.12.
Lesson learned.

I ordered some which were the wrong size - my error. I received the right size promptly. I returned the smaller size and paid a small postage fee but was refunded the cost of the nuts

Needed longer than usual threaded machine screws to fit handles to a thicker Upvc door. A2Z had them in stock and managed to get job done.
