I was very impressed with the service received from A52 Executive cars. The initial email to get a quote was responded to swiftly in a clear and professional manner. The communication from then was excellent with timely updates reducing anxiety about our airport transfers. The drivers were professional, polite and friendly ensuring a seamless beginning and end to our holiday. I would definitely recommend.

I used A52 Executive Cars for the first time for a trip to Birmingham Airport. Right form my first contact with Dave through to be being picked up I was given loads of information to make a choice that was right for me - both in terms of car choice and price. Payment options were available. There were regular text messages on the day before the pickup and then on the morning of the pick up. All of this took away the stress that can be part and parcel of flying.

We have used A52 Executive Cars regularly over a number of years, mainly to take us to airports for holidays. David, and his fellow drivers, are totally professional and the firm is excellent. Booking is very easy, and the firm will suggest appropriate pick-up time from their experience of distance to the destinations. The firm is very prompt in arrival - even if 3:00am! The quality of the cars is outstanding. Last week we came back in a top of the range, two-week old Mercedes S class. The firm will email you the day before to check everything's still ok, with details of who will be driving, and the car reg to look out for. The uniformed driver will also text on the day. I can't recommend A52 highly enough: they take away one of the stresses of our holidays - getting to/from the airport on time.

A52 Executive Cars provide a first class service. The cars are lovely and so are the friendly drivers. They were on time and provided refreshments. This company is to be highly recommended. We will use them again.

My initial enquiry was responded to on the same day with prices and cars available .
Communications are clear and we were kept upto date throughout. We even adjusted our pick up time due to originally we would be arriving slightly early to the airport, it was infact David that bought this to our attention and we pushed back for an hour

They were on time for pick ups and drop off, friendly and funny with the children.

Cars are a great standard too and the water and mints are and welcomed little extra

All in all a fantastic stress free airport transfer and we will be using again!
