There was no waffle or pressure in trying to get me to buy. Only saw the vehicle when I collected it, and it was just as I hoped. Even better. Would strongly recommend A690 to anyone.

Phil was outstanding from Day 1. He communicated at all stages of the repairs to my daughters Mini. He explained the findings of additional costs on stripping the car down post accident. He was empathetic and understanding to the situation, the bigger picture, with my daughter at the university and our family based in Devon. He was able to alleviate an awful lot of the secondary stress post car accident and we were all very grateful for his expertise and professionalism.

Having just made a purchase from A961 I can thoroughly recommend this dealership. I had been looking for a Mini Cooper for some time and A691 had the perfect model. For along time I have bought my cars new every 3 years, and they were serviced by the dealers in accordance with manufacturers conditions

Amazing staff and great experience of buying car. Visited to see what is available. Met with Dean who was extremely helpful. We discussed our needs and preferences. He came up with two or three vehicles that matched our criteria. Everything was good, we looked at the best match and arranged a test drive. He was very professional throughout the visit. Explained all the purchase options to us thoroughly and was never pushy about the sale. We were extremely happy with the whole experience. We have collected our car within a week. Overall end to end process was very smooth. We are enjoying the ride!!!

I recently bought a Citroen c4 cactus from A691 specialist cars. I’ve been so happy with my purchase as it has had all the little scratches taken out of it, the wheels refurbished and a full valet. During the week waiting for it Antony kept me in the loop of what was going on and had it ready on the day he said. So far the car has been amazing and beautiful to drive. Additionally as a 19 year old I usually feel pressured into buying something as people know you don’t really know what you’re doing or where you’re at with things and I never felt that once with Antony. I would recommend this garage to anyone!

We've just bought a 2018 Range Rover Sport and are very happy with our purchase. We have had several range rovers over the years and this was the first time we didn't buy one through a main agent. The car was perfectly prepared and the handover was thorough, Dean went through all the controls and features of the car with us. Dean is a great salesman, not pushy and was always courteous and friendly. He kept in touch as to the progress of the sale and there didn't seem to be any of our questions he couldn't cope with. The A690 bodywork team delivered exactly what was on the tin. From the excellent damage repair added to the highly recommended all body polish and scuff removal my car was returned in showroom condition. The internal valet was equally impressive.
