Reading all the reviews below, I can see that our pharmacy is receiving the same dreadful service.
Deliveries arriving 24 hours later than scheduled.
Missing items, which they never credit for.
Ruined items, due to incompetent packing, which you return and they still don’t credit for.
Convoluted returns process to begin with, set up to rip customers off!!
Just all round bad service even for longstanding customers.

Didn't deliver medication to any of the pharmacies on the route in Ruislip, London Saturday 11 July at noon. Waited at the Pharmacy for over 1 hour after the agreed delivery time at the pharmacy. No call from the delivery company and no one answers at the depot. Absolutely pathetic operations not equipped to deal with critical goods like medications which people depend on. No respect for patients on need medicines for their health on the day (not a day later).

Company is horrendous for sticking to strict protocols on medicines being left unattended in a warehouse

There so bad they failed there audit and 2 managers walked before they were sacked says it all

Despicable company on every level!
PHARMACISTS please be aware of this company!
1. They will charge you for stock & not send it in the hope you don't catch them
2.don't rely on their DT prices on their website. It's not always correct
3. prices for items you want to order are sometimes not showing on their website with a message advising prices are momentarily not available. This has been going on for over 4 years on and on so i'm not sure what they mean by momentarily. The area manager for Hampshire is permanently on annual leave or in meetings
4. NEVER EVER get proscript PMR through them because the support will be from aah, ie you won't get support. Their definition of urgent is over 48 hours and counting. Additionally, you will never ever be dealt with when you call them. They always need to someone to call you.

To summarise:

1. they are dishonest
2. the system is setup to make mistakes in their favour
3. there are bugs in the system that are there to rob you
4. no support
5. contacting them is mission impossible

learn from someone who has made that mistake!

I recently sold my pharmacy and informed AAH, but they still taken fuel charges for 3 months after the business has been sold. We were that this would not happen and yet they have taken the monies by direct debit without our permission.
Apparently because we had not placed orders, but our account was closed.
There are so many more pharmacy wholesalers with better reputations to do business with.

Disgusting and dishonest service!

The level of incompetence in this company, starting with the managers and mighty team leaders, is beyond any imagination...missing deliveries, customer service is nowhere.
Calling them is useless, even more, some of the depots, eg. Bristol, probably unplugged their phones to avoid criticism and complaints.

The company offer an online chat, telesales and even a whatsapp phone. Great options but none of them are ever answered. Surely in breach of MHRA regulations as licensed wholesalers?

Officially stealing from the pharmacy customers, they deliver items short and they refuse our claim for missing items based on their stock check! Your internal system needs reviewing and need to focus on staff training and dignity. No law and order means such large companies can steal without consequences. Pathetic!

Our account was under the name of member of staff who no longer worked with us. No problem said the support team, we'll change it over. So they did. And then the account stopped working online. Numerous phonecalls and contacts through the online support and they didn't fix it and didn't fix it and didn't fix it. After around a week we decided fine, we'd just open up a new account and abandon the old one. They opened the new account up as the wrong type so the team can't even order the medication they need. Again multiple contacts with them via email & phonecalls to no effect, and multiple promises from them to call us back which never materialise. Honestly, save yourself so much hassle by never opening an account with them.

I have been given an online account but unable to order online. contacted IT who has no idea/training to deal with this .could you kindly train your IT team .wasted 30 mis of my time today /telephone call .customer service told me to try again at another time -may get another person who might be trained to sort it. What a joke!

Continued failed deliveries from this company, missing medications, no communication. Had a visit from transport manager on which there were promises of improvement. Customer services are helpful, but unfortunately they have no control of the transport department. Company has gone downhill, so now moved to a different supplier.

Tying to locate a life changing drug and because we are not a pharmacy refuse to help

This coy has opened a portal where they expect their customers to do all their admin for them. When I forgot the PW the "Customer Service" refused to send a copy invoice so I could pay it. The reason "The invoice is on the portal".

I spoke to their IT to get a PW reset but the confirmation e-mail never arrived. I am still locked out & the IT person I spoke to has a "Do Not reply" e-mail. I am now looking for an alternate supplier as their "Support" is nothing of the sort.
