The service we've recently received from Abbeygate, and Leanne Garbutt (Branch Manager) in particular, has been nothing short of exemplary.
Not only guiding us through vehicle transfer procedures, but also arranging for a temporary cover note, and then cancelling without charge when found to be unnecessary.
Insurers in the UK could learn an awful lot from Leanne and colleagues at Abbeygate Insurance.

I called to renew my car insurance today and spoke to Monique. She was very helpful and went through everything to check the policy and whether anything had changed. It was easy to renew and I found Monique and Abbeygate to be very efficient and professional.

Cannot be faulted in anyway shape or form. Polite , professional and did what they said they would do ie ringing me with my quote when they said they would. A first I think. The quote was very acceptable and I cannot give anything but a 5 star review to Eden. Thank you

1st joined Abbeygate in 2019 for car insurance, have since renewed with them and taken out both motorbike and scooter insurance. Had to call them out to collect and take motorbike to garage, didn't have to wait long as they came straight away. Have always found Abbeygate to be competitive, I do check online insurance and if I find any quote cheaper (once) for the same cover they have then researched it and managed to match it. I've recommended others to Abbeygate based on my experience. The operators are always polite and helpful. I've never had a bad experience, hence the 5 star review.

The team in Paphos office are always friendly and helpful whether via phone call, email or in person in the office. Greeted at the door and directed to the right person for your needs. Can have a friendly chat whilst sorting insurance making it a pleasant experience. Any questions or problems are always dealt with efficiently and professionally. Been with them for almost 10 years apart from one year when was employed by another but I soon returned to Abbeygate. I would def recommend Abbeygate for all your insurance requirements.

Quick efficient and a good price too ..cover is good and claims handling excellent.... Staff are very helpful and can always match or beat any alternative like for like quote. My only beef if you can call it that is that renewals are demanded 4 weeks early.. but overall experience is second to none
